Could Body Bio TUDCA help with reducing the cholesterol?

I am taking Magnesium Glycinate, but due to being in capsule form I can’t take the daily 4 capsules which pure encapsulations recommend as it’s too much on the stomach. If only I could take it in liquid form.

I have another question regarding zinc l carnosine. Unfortunately, I also can’t tolerate this even with food. I noticed there is a liquid version of zinc by body bio. Could this work as a replacement?

I think my cholesterol was the same from previous blood test, but I will check and let you know.

GI MAP labelled 13.3.23, H. Pylori was 3.32e²

In June 26th 2023, I only had the standalone H. Pylori test carried out and it was below detectable level. I couldn’t attach the PDF file for this result yesterday. I’ll try now.

In my GI MAP from yesterday, it came back and the reading was 2.59e2.

Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus spp

I’m not sure what to expect symptoms wise. Is this bacteria contagious? How can I get rid of it? Both have been increasing since the past GI MAPS have been done. How can bring the microbiome balance in Daniel?

This has increased from non detectable to 0.14

Refined sugar foods in the evening is the big problem for me. Ok, this is the reason.

This has increased from 43 to 134. Could this be due to the sugar foods.
