Hi. B,
I’ve noticed it with white meat, I get severe heart burn. I tried tofu today and had the same issue.
Re meal planning, you are absolutely right. I am pondering what to have on a daily basis because I react to everything.
Sure, I’ll post photos here for guidance.

will the mint be OK. That is, not effect acid reflux.

Thank you. I ordered it yesterday.

I see. GI Relief instructions says to take GI Relief with food. Should I take mastic gum with food as opposed to 30 minutes before food?

Perfect. I’ll let you know which panels I have in mind to test in addition to the Thyroid panel. Unfortunately, I can’t view the prices due to not being a practioner. I will just have to let you know which panels I’d like the price of and decide from there whether to do or not as these tests are costly.

Thank you. No relief yet. I still get mild burning sensation in my stomach or vapours ( like vicks vapour rub) in my mouth post eating. More noticeable when eating white meat. There is still alot if discomfort and heaviness in the stomach.
Re : mastic gum, how can I fit it in with my anti acid and GI relief. I also mix DGL, slippery elm and marshmallow root powders in water, sometimes pre or post meal to coat my food pipe to prevent reflux damaging the lining.

Hi ,
Thank you so much as always with your detailed response and including studies.
I’ll give it ago and will try Mastica from Allergy Research Group.
When should I take it and frequency please, bearing in mind, I take a H2 blocker called Famotidine one hour before food in the morning and last thing before I go to sleep.
I also take GI Relief by Thorne or a powder mixture of marshmallow root, slippery elm and DGL mixed in water before each meal or after as I tend to react to food especially proteins and fats. Reaction being, heartburn, heaviness in the stomach and burning sensation even in the back of my shoulder blades or vapour feeling in my mouth ( like I’ve eaten a tub of of vicks vapour rub).
Trying to fit mastic gum will be tricky come to think of it but I want to take it as the GI Relief just gives me relief as opposed to healing the gastirits. Is this correct?

He’s responded to one of my other questions about one of his posts in IG DM. I then followed up again about emotional release via DM, but no response.
It’s OK B. There is so much follows up I can do.

Hi ,
Hope you had good xmas with the family. Although, I don’t celebrate it, it was nice to have time out with family and friends and not think about gut issues.
Thank you for the container recommendations. I’m going to pop down to Ikea I think.

Hi ,
Excellent article which you wrote. Thank you for the link.
I baked the mackeral using coriander, parsely and basil. It turned out amazing. Unfortunately, the stomach couldn’t cope with the oil. To be honest, I had the entire fish to prevent histamine building up if I had it later.

So take this report with a pinch of salt?
