cheers. It’s slightly cheaper as well compared to the blood test.

Is it a straight forward test and not involve collecting over a number of days?

Thank you   . The failing of the pyloric sphincter to open due to low stomach acid and or high ph could be one of the reasons of gastroperisis or other reasons as well.

I would like to have both omega-3 and linoleic in other forms.

Is there such a thing as linoleic oil which I can see drink?

As I am struggling with salmon, can I have it in oil format?

     hello.

    The instatpot holds 5.7 litres.

I think I used 2.5 to 3 litres of water enough to cover the bones.

Please see pics. Not much fat after taking it out of the freezer just now.

I made the mistake of placing it in the fridge after cooling it outside first. I put it  in the freezer.

Is this the supplement? Will it not affect my gastritis as it contains HCl?

Also, trying to fit this supplement whilst having other supplements, I hope can tolerate. I am constantly full.

By the evening, I am unable to take too many supplements. I take the key ones like slippery elm, marshmallow root and DGL. Also, Zinc L carnosine and obviously something too eat.

and  , is it ok to take femotidine followed by mastic gum, an hour later. Do you have clients in this situation where they rely on PPI or H2 blocker and take mastic gum.

At the same time, I’m concerned about whether mastic gum will loose it’s efficacy.
