Hi Daniel,

Give yourself a 10 when you do these things really great and a 1 if you feel there is room for lots of improvements:

Chewing until your food feels semi-liquid in your mouth – 3  My food is very soft. I can’t chew for long.

Taking time to eat – 1. I am in paincramps whilst eating in the abdominal region. I just want to stop eating quickly.

Eating without distractions like laptops, phones or other screens – 10

Eating sugar, flour products and other refined foods  4 – I was due to sugar craving, comfort eating, breaking down as no improvement over the past 6 years.

Going to bed on time – 1. Delayed food emptying preventing me from going to bed.

Sleeping 7-8 hours – 10 but get up during the night due to heartburnreflux.

Waking up with energy – 1. Constant discomfort as soon as I get out of bed is soul destroying.

Secretory IgA
I haven’t had dairy for six years. I maybe sensitive now.  To be honest with the leaky gut and MCAShistamine issues, I appear to be sensitive to everything.

If I retry IgG Select – 75g, when is the best time to take it?

Zonulin 
Increase in Zonulin must be due to the sugar craving foods I had been eating.

No wheat, but maybe the biscuits contained wheat or other sweet foods I had.

Do I need to address the H. Pylori as the number has increased? I need something gentle due to the gastritis.

Apart from Vitamin D, what else can I do or take as this marker has been on the low side for a while.

Please remind me does this help or it contains too much of other items.

I did take it, but couldn’t tolerate it, maybe due to the leaky gut.

Zonulin
Will I ever heal this? I was shocked. I’ve stopped both quinoa and millet I was only taking them as they were easy on the stomach when blended. I do take jasmine rice. It’s the only way to get other food items into the stomach without any pain, like Courgettes, pak choi, carrots, chicken thigh  or white fish. It’s still painful, but not as bad without the rice. Rice is naturally gluten free right?

Apart from vitamin D, is there anything else I can do. I will watch your video about leaky gut B.

Occult Blood
Due to the constipation , fresh blood is visible as my skin gets irritated. Maybe, when I provided the sample I couldn’t see it. Usually, I can. I’ve asked my GP to give me the FIT kit to repeat the test. 

Gastroscopy and colonoscopy didn’t show any bleeding that was visible according to the consultant.

H. Pylori number has increased and other markers have worsened. I’m sorry, I’m not familiar with other bacterial markers.

Zonulin (leaky gut?) has increased for the first time. Could this be the reason why I react to whatever I eat?

 Occult Blood – FIT is high for the first time, but GI consultant didn’t see anything in the colonoscopy to be of concerned. See attached.
