    Good morning Daniel,

Can I use coconut cooking oil?

Tea tree oil, can I use the facial wash as I ‘ve been using it for many years due to acne or should I use the concentrated form. Oh, if too potent, I’ll try the coconut oil first.

Aloe Vera, is that the gel from the leaf? I’ve been drinking blended aloe vera inner leaf gel on and off. Could I rub the blended gel or something else?

Yes, I am taking A, C, D, Zinc L carnosine, B complex, and Thiamix daily and Quercetin. I’m worried about copper depletion though due to the zinc as I don’t take any cooper.

Daniel, is femotidine classified as an antihistamine? I have received my intentional permeability histamine test kit which mentions to stop all histamine tablets for 5 days. Does this mean to stop Quercetin and nettle tea and vitamin C as well as they are related to histamine.

This is the sample report. I’ll be repeating the test

    Hi Sheetal,

I personally use Lucy bee fair trade extra virgin coconut organic raw oil in the UK. It should be available in your local Waitrose supermarket or maybe health stores.

As for almond milk, look for both Plenish or Rude health brands which again should be available in Waitrose or health stores. These two brands have minimum ingredients and no artificial preservatives or additives. Plenish almond milk is unsweetened.

I personally don’t drink almond milk due to histamine issues, but do drink coconut milk.

I understand Waitrose is a little on the pricey side, so please do look around in other supermarkets or health stores.

    Good luck.

    Hi Daniel,

I was trying to find a picture online similar to my feet, but couldn’t find anything similar. I can only describe the area as being red, scalning, flaking.

I had a telephone consulation with the GP and he’s prescribed a moisturiser and steroid. He said I had dermatitis.

    I guess there isn’t a natural version.

    Hi Daniel,

Sleep is becoming an issue. I have deep sleep for two hours and then the rest of the time very light. Oh yes, good point about the size. Not sure, how that is going to work around as no shop presence.

    Hi Daniel,

Regarding sleep. My sleep is very much broken or light sleeper. Random thoughtsnightmares will skew the results then.

With regards to movement. I don’t tend to much.

    I may leave it.

Thanks Daniel. My GP will not check and I ‘ll have to do it privately which I will probably do later in the year.

    Hi Daniel,

Since March I think, but I have been using Thorne vitamin d/k2 since May.

I drop 6 drops in millet flakes porridge which contains 1 teaspoon coconut in the morning.

Oh right, I am still very low right?

It’s OK. I will go with intestinal permeability test as it will give a true comparison from the previous results.

I have stopped high histamine foods since the beginning of the year, but the refined sugar may not help. I have days where I am fine but then the low mood causes me to revert.

My DAO was fine then, BUT HMNT isn’t measured.

Thank you for explaining the Nordics Lab v Regenerus.

My zonnulin was high in the GI MAP from March 2023.

I am thinking of repeating this test which also shows the histamine level. I noticed B. recommends a histamine test by Nordics Lab. The above test result is costly – £320. I don’t know how much the Nordics Lab is, but it doesn’t show LPS.

As for the moss nutrition supplement, I take 1/2 scoop and sometimes when I’m feeling confident, 1 scoop. The problem is my stomach is always full and and taking supplements makes it difficult at times.

    Hi Daniel,

Sorry for the late response. Here you go.

I noticed, IGG2000 isn’t available in the UK as per amrita nutrition website. I recall it was due to a formula change which as a result isn’t permitted in the UK. The alternative is Moss Nutrition’s which I am taking, but is this sufficient dosage wise.
