I’ll avoid organ meat for now. It’s just that my urun levels are dropping and so is haemoglobin despite having IV iron infusion in May. B. I will post my blood test results from functional DX from March 2023. I’m not sure whether I have hyper or hypo thyroidism or if anything else is going on.

yes, supplement form. If bitters are taken before before food to stimulate the digestive juices, can I take the above mentioned concoction of the powders 10-15 minutes at the same time or should I take them alot earlier. I just want to protect the oesophagus and stomach lining before I eat.

In which order should digestive bitters be taken before food and how long before food?

As I also take slippery elm, marshmallow root, DGL and L-Glutamine powders mixed in water also before food usually 30 minutes.

When should I incorporate the bitters?

I want to be able to check the air quality as the remediation progresses or whilst the air purifiers are running. Is there a device I could use to check the air quality?
