Hi B,
Still plenty of salt over even now. The water is clear now. Should I add more salt?

Thank you for your detailed response as always.
I have been eating avocado, walnuts, brazil nuts, egg plant, prawns, fish, tofu, mushrooms, chicken and eggs. Semi boiled eggs, on a daily’s basis.
I noticed after googling you can also histamine liberator foods such as eggs.
Meat should be bought fresh and not from the chilled section. I order the white meat as fresh as possible.
I haven’t been taking any DAO. I thought I needed it and started looking on Amrita nutrition yesterday, but histamine block contained pork. Maybe, I don’t need DAO then?
I have been taking B complex for the past three months by this company.

I use coconut oil in my cooking.
I also take Omega 3 liquid by Bare Biology which I have mentioned in one of previous posts.
I don’t take copper but do take vitamin c as Magnesium Ascorbate by Biocare. I take 1/3 tsp of the powder in a little water. Functional dx blood test results will show any deficiency in these and other minerals and vitamins once I received the test kits and blood withdrawal is done.
Quercetin – is this in capsule form? I don’t think I can add another supplement as I’ve just ordered Biotics Research HCL ease. I want to, but my stomach is already struggling at the moment.
Can collagen peptide powder cause histamine intolerance in the sense that if the powder is stored for a long time and it builds up histamine.
Can Glutathione help with regulating histamine intolerance?
Could the liver need a detox?

, should I be able to taste the salt after adding 1tsp of the sole in 500ml water bottle?
I don’t. -
Hi B.,
Biotics Research HCL is back in stock. Is this taken in addition to the Digestive Enzymes as this product mentions enzymes as well.

I’m not taking any multivitamins or selenium based diet.
I was eating Brazilian nuts just before Christmas as they were abundant in the supermarkets due to Christmas. I realised afterwards, they contain histamine which I have so have stopped eating them.
I really need to go some sort of multivitamin supplement as I am really weak.
Once the functional blood test results are out of the way, I might need your guidance again.
I’ve sent an email to the support team on your side with the blood tests to be done with functional dx. Unfortunately, I can’t just approach the company directly and have to go through the practioner.

Thanks @. I’ll leave the tryptophan and try the hydrolysed collagen in smaller dosage.

Regarding RBC selenium, Regenerus Labs do it but it’s part of a full nutritional panel. Unfortunately, it costs £381.
Functional DX do selenium serum only which is in the Thyroid panel. It’s not available in any of their other test labs.

Xanthurenate & Kynurenate these markers aren’t available in any blood test I’ve requested. They are in the organic acid test result but it was done in February 2022.

MemberJanuary 20, 2023 at 9:53 pm in reply to: Slippery elm, DGL and Marshmallow Root Powder I think DGL is safe and doesn’t affect BP as it’s Deglycyrrhizinated.

Ceruloplasmin, fasting insulin, HBA1C, glucose and estimated average glucose will be in the thyroid panel. However, not fasting glucose.
Zinc RBC will be a separate lab kit
Vitamin A will be a separate lab kit
