, H. Pylori number has increased from the previous GI map but still below the GI Map range. Should I  do the mautla tea or any other regimen?

It’s OK. Just wanted to keep copies for  myself.

Re mould inspection. I came across another company with their survey list and prices. Would you  mind taking a look which surveys to go for. I think I may have already in a separate post.

The company is called Building Forensics.

thank you. Today, I had to provide another blood withdrawal, but this time to the GP as he’s reluctant to give me B12 jabs despite the GI CONSULTANT writing to him. If it’s normal. That is, in the allupathy world, he’s not going to give it to me. He’s also doing a full blood and iron and iron storage level check. I’ll upload the results when received.

    Hi Daniel,

No mention of what minerals are in the bottle. I’ll stick with the sole.

    Hi B. and Daniel,

Just for my peace of mind, I wanted to check with you, I don’t have Hashimotos or Graves. Am I correct based on the attached full thyroid panel results.

    Also, is my selenium OK?

     ,

Below is the response from Mihigh regarding EMF.

    Hey Naveed,
Our blankets have a low EMF range of 0.3 μT to 1.5 μT (microteslas) .

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions at all.

    Good morning

No mention of low EMF on their website , but have dropped them an email to confirm.

The portable walk in sauna with the chair , I assume  you are referring to would be lovely, but space is an issue I’m afraid.

Daniel, when should I take this. It says take one scoop, but doesn’t say when. Should it be on an empty stomach.

I use to take a small amount. Added complication is the histamine.

Thank you letting me know Daniel. Luckily I’m not taking anything else.

I am thinking of switching to vitamin DK once the bottle is finished. Is this OK to do?

I just hope  my h.pylori numbers drop as they have increased even though they are below the minimum range.

ooooohhhh. Lovely. I’ll keep this drink in mind. I must try ginger tea again and will add the other ingredients too at some point.

Please do try using Sri Lankan (ceylon) cinnamon. I loved when I could have it. The orange zest must add the kick as well.

I read somewhere saffron can be used in teas as well and helps with anxiety.
