Seeking Health are out of Vitamin A liquid form. Apex do it which you mentioned is fine. I was about to order the latter, but they talk about Beta Carotene and Seeking Health version is retinol.

Will boil chicken thigh and have it with the vegetables and Broth from the chicken thigh

It’ll be bitter gourd today. Skin removed with a peeler, seeds removed and left with this flesh which have been cut into small pieces. Salt added to remove some of the bitterness for a couple of hours Otherwise too bitter.

Could it be taken with food if not able to tolerate in between meals?

It says to take 4 capsules daily which seems a lot where each capsule contains 1g of mastic gum.

Thank you once again for the detailed response Daniel. I’ve stopped taking vitamin A since switching from Biotics Research ADEK to Thorne D/K2,

Please can you recommend a liquid version of vitamin a as I am now finding my Gastroperisis, SIBO, functional dyspepsia or feeling full is increased. I’m not able to cope with too many capsules.

I can just about cope with two meals a day.
