Hi B, after the summer I had signs and symptoms for fat malabsorption, I could see it in my stool, but also on my chin, I started breaking out. So I started taking digestive enzymes (containing lipase and ox bile) and Tudca. Chin acne improved. I regularly do castor oil packs as well as CE.
