 sure thing. I will get back to David Manning and ask him to email me the links if he can. These links were originally pasted in zoom chat by him.

I was burning up all day even prior to the call which was at 4.00pm. I am reacting to anything I eat.

David did a couple of 1:1 sessions in the group and group sessions. I’ve been in pain in my abdomen all day and burning up. I couldn’t concentrate.

Sure B. I’ll take a look. It’ll be in liquid form. I’ve been taking the metabiolocs B complex liquid form since October 2022.

Thank for your detailed response Daniel. It’s best to take Glutathione. Yes, you’ve mentioned B6 is low. Should I continue to take the B6 complex in liquid form and B6 separately. Which brand of B6 would you recommend?

PS – I’ve received the OATS test kit and will repeat it.

It’s not complimentary. If anybody wants to join, here is the link and it’s 60 euros. I didn’t know until I saw it in the bio. I was lead to believe it was free.

    B.

L Glutamine – can I add this to slippery elm, dgl and marshmallow with water as a concoction?

Zinc l carnosine – can I have it with my meal as I can’t tolerate it after food or on an empty stomach?

    Hi B,

I have. He said, that I should be OK. I will continue to take the above recommend suggestions by you.

“and mucosal secretion by supporting prostaglandin formation from arachidonic acid (from consuming moderate amounts of saturated fats).”

Does this mean, to eat saturated fats like avocado, oily fish and coconut oil. Unfortunately,  I don’t eat avocado, salmon due to the histamine. What other fats could I have. Nuts have high histamine too.

Also, I was told that I will undergo endoscopy when I met the consultant yesterday to rule out atrophic gastritis as one of the blood markers indicated possible pernicious anemia and atrophic gastritis.

ďťżďťż I uploaded the MMA result which I did independently through Regenerus Labs. Please see further up.

Separate to this, I did ask Dr. Haidry to do the same test so that the result reaches my GP as well.

Unfortunately, GPs don’t accept independent lab test results which is the reason for requesting Dr. Haidry to do it as well.

Are my intrinsic factor OK and active B12?  I’m worried I may have atrophic gastritis and pernicious anemia.

Functional Dx results should be euth you very soon. Please can you keep an eye out.

    Hi ďťżďťż & ďťżďťż ,

Please find attached further updated PDF file named “Naveed Aslam 14.2.23 Blood Test By Dr. Haidry.

    Plasma Homocysteine is 6.6 umol/l
    Vitamin B12 Active is 101 pmol/l
    Intrinsic Factor Antibodies is 1.9u/ml.

I did request for methylmalonic Acid via Dr. Haidry as well. It hasn’t come in. I’ll ask him why as I’m meeting him tomorrow to discuss all my blood test markers. With low haematology and iron levels, he’s booked me in for colonoscopy on Wednesday February 22nd.

thank you. I read last night in one of your response to a iron deficiency question  , it’s best to heal the stomach m before taking iron supplements. Should I wait? The reaction to any food is still intense. I have to resort to slippery elm, marshmallows root and DGL before and after food.

February 9, 2023 at 8:44 pm in reply to: Methlymalonic Acid Test Result

ďťżďťż Hi Buddy. Thank you for your detailed and informed response.

I am so happy to hear that both B12 and MMA aren’t too bad but can improve.

Re: PUB MED MMA. I’m South Asian, 53. The units are different in pub med compared to the test I noticed.

I’ve tried both chicken & lamb liver. Unfortunately, they don’t sit too well with, but then again nothing is at the moment. I will try again. The only issue is   that meats, despite being in the chilled section still build up histamine.

Cast iron pan – Oh right, I didn’t know cooking in it can help. Does iron start to come off the pan?

I will look into the pure encapsulations iron supplement you mentioned. Is it taken with meals?

I wil certainly watch B’s video and go through the course.

Would you able to advise on a vitamin c liquid form as well?

    The same for Folate?

Low CRP is a good sign?

I’ve stopped all histamine foods. It’s helped a little but I still find my stomach not coping as soon as food hits the stomach. Rawness feeling and extreme uncomfortable feeling and heaviness.

I’m still sniffing and having runny nose which is one of the histamine symptoms B. mentiined in her instagram post today.
