    Hi B. & Daniel,

Does Circle not automatically save? Reason for asking, I lost my previous response as I accidentally clicked away to a different part of the screen and noticed the entire response which I had typed before wasn’t there when I came back to it. I had to retype again. Oh well, c’est la vie.

thanks B. This is the one Dr. Erdman recommends. It’s quite strong and with pepsin.

Thank you for letting me know that October 2022 is no longer a result I can rely on. I have repeated the GI MAP. Awaiting results.

I haven’t addressed the H. Pylori as I’ve been trying to heal the stomach for sometime. Unfortunately, I still have the gastritis as seen in the histology report from 22.2.23 scope.

Should I wait for the GI MAP result? If it’s positive for H. Pylori, should I leave the HCL challenge. What should I do? Treat H. Pylori first and then the stomach as it doesn’t appear to be working by healing the stomach first.

Your feedback is I can do the challenge but on the other hand address the H.  Pylori and Gastritis dirst. I just don’t want to risk myself anymore. Confused.

Good morning. So, is it ok to try the challenge despite having Gastirits and H. Pylori present in GI MAP from October 2022 result.

The strange thing is there is no H. Pylori whenever a biopsy is taken from the stomach during the endoscopy.

Attached is the meal I had yesterday late afternoon. I couldn’t eat for the rest of the day. See attached pic.[ECA3BD1E-1D21-4B89-B7B2-BF55A69F3464.jpeg]This meal was:
    1.  x1 courgette
    2. x1 pak choi
    3. x1 medium size seabass pan fried
    4. Everything was made using  coconut  oil

B., is this colostrum? I stopped taking it as I am now finding it difficult to fit it in with other supplements and always feeling full. Maybe full scoop is too much. Is this dairy free? Can bovine cause histamine intolerance. I think I am reacting.

    Hi, B. and Daniel,

Following my video call with Dr. Erdman, he sent across the attached e-mail and his interpretation of the above chart. Unfortunately, the result isn’t conclusive and secondly wants me to try Betaine HCL with Pepsin. I’m a bit hesitant due to the results in my recent histology report and GI map. What are your thoughts please on trying Betaine HCL only.
I do find food sitting in my stomach like a brick. It’s painful and the heartburn is quite severe.[Naveed Aslam 1.3.23 Heidelberg Test Findings By Dr. Michael Erdman.pdf]

Hi Daniel, The GI consultant is going to arrange IV iron fusion. One treatment as a day case to start with and then I guess the team who’ll do this will decide afterwards if I need further IV.

He’ also written to my GP to have vitamin B12 injection.

thank you B. He’s against a HIDA scan as I don’t have loose motions or pain in my back and mentioned a medicine called CREON. I want to try D- limonene, but can I try something else only due to the Gastritis

He mentioned that if there is a slight malfunction, they’ll remove the GB.

    My colon is fine.

Re : the endoscopy, he wants to me to have a scope in two years time.

    Hi B. & Daniel,

I’ve attached Functional DX blood test result from 24.3.22 and 20.2.23.
I notice Gall Bladder was bottom of the list last year and now top of the list.

A lot of the symptoms I have are mentioned in the video.
    1.  Light brown stool
    2. High cholesterol
    3. Also, I rarely pass wind, but when I do, odour is sulphur like.

There are quite a few supplements recommended. Shall I go for D-limonene. It’s an orange zest. I still gastritis though. Please see attached. Would you mind recommend another supplement please.

Also, I’ve attached the blood test which my GI consultant requested. Please see page 19 which refers to the gall bladder. The markers are within range. I should ignore these right?[Naveed Aslam 14.2.23 Blood Test By Dr. Haidry (GI Consultant).pdf][FunctionalDX-ThyroidUltra-Professional-NaveedAslam-Feb-20-2023.pdf][Naveed Aslam 24.3.22 Functional Blood Test.pdf][Intestinal metaplasia.jpg]

which one of the Thyroid panel files is the correct file please as I received two files from Arianne. I’d like to upload the right file here.

Can you see the Magnesium RBC or blood level marker in the Thyroid panel. I can only see serum level.

Can you see the H. Pylori antigen result as well? Does this marker mean I still have it.

Which other markers are outstanding please. Functional dx are not responding me.

I do not  take any ppi. Only h2 blocker called femotidine.

Sure, I’ll focus on the gall bladder liver. What should the bilirubin reading be please? Functional dx readings are confusing to interpret. I thought the reading was good when suboptimal high.

Should I continue with with the liquid B complex, Biotics Research ADEK.

Should I take histamine block, the DAO  enzyme as I am not taking it. I am taking a vegetarian version but not helping.

I couldn’t tolerate bowel mover. It was too strong. I was burning up inside. I remember there were a little of ingredients inside like walnut etc…

Yes, I met Ashley last week. It’s difficult to get the emotions out first time through the anger process. Both she and I knew, when I would be angry due to the frequency of the yell. I have to get use to it. The breathing technique is different. I have to groan when exhaling. Long way to go yet. She’s next available end of March.

How could I have had the parasites?
