I haven’t been through the constipation relief program fully. Tbh, I’m not eating much to be constipated I think. It’s difficult to tell. I only have one main meal a day. The other is just porridge blended.

My calprotectin in last GI Map was high I think.

I’m not taking any other vitamin A supplement. This bottle says 1500mcg. I’m not taking liver.
