Thanks Daniel. My GP will not check and I ‘ll have to do it privately which I will probably do later in the year.
-
Hi Daniel,
Since March I think, but I have been using Thorne vitamin d/k2 since May.
I drop 6 drops in millet flakes porridge which contains 1 teaspoon coconut in the morning.
Oh right, I am still very low right?
-
It’s OK. I will go with intestinal permeability test as it will give a true comparison from the previous results.
-
Thank you Daniel for the other iron pan recommendation.
Aha, this the write up I was looking for. Magic!
-
I have stopped high histamine foods since the beginning of the year, but the refined sugar may not help. I have days where I am fine but then the low mood causes me to revert.
My DAO was fine then, BUT HMNT isn’t measured.
Thank you for explaining the Nordics Lab v Regenerus.
My zonnulin was high in the GI MAP from March 2023.
-
I am thinking of repeating this test which also shows the histamine level. I noticed B. recommends a histamine test by Nordics Lab. The above test result is costly – £320. I don’t know how much the Nordics Lab is, but it doesn’t show LPS.
As for the moss nutrition supplement, I take 1/2 scoop and sometimes when I’m feeling confident, 1 scoop. The problem is my stomach is always full and and taking supplements makes it difficult at times.

Hi Daniel,
Sorry for the late response. Here you go.
I noticed, IGG2000 isn’t available in the UK as per amrita nutrition website. I recall it was due to a formula change which as a result isn’t permitted in the UK. The alternative is Moss Nutrition’s which I am taking, but is this sufficient dosage wise.

Hi Daniel,
I wanted to upload a video, but I can’t in circle.
It’s the entire abdominal area, but not the rib cage.
-
Thank you for the link to the food list.
Immune system support is under control, stress and minimising sugar is a real issue atm. I don’t drink which is at least one thing off the list.
I have purchased ceylon cinnamo quills but haven’t tried it. What is the best way to use it. Tea?
Daniel, I will upload the. Intestinal permeability test result from earlier this year. It mentions something about LPS. Will IGG2000 help. I’ll upload it tomorrow.

Thanks Daniel. Just had a thought. If I am also. Negative for SIBO, how could I address the bacterial markers in the GI MAP being all over the place. Is it called dysbiosis?
-
Oh right. Thank you for the tip.
Also, I am still taking D-limonene, but 500mg at the moment. I will try to increase it to 750mg. The only concern I have is that it might affect the gastritis which I have.
-
Will do. I take liquid Swedish bitter (non alcohol), by a company called Granary Herbs. I take it 30 minutes before food. It burns my food pipe and stomach. What can I do here please? [IMG20230629181418.jpg]

Hi B.
The Amazing air filter is arriving today, but I have just seen Dr. Crista’s reel who doesn’t recommend it. It’s called the air doctor in the US. Somebody also mentioned that it’s a pyramid scheme.
What should I do?
The intellipure is even more costly.
-
Do I need a dehumidifier as well?
-
B. Just ordered the Amazing Air air filter. In the US, it’s called the Air Doctor. It’s very costly, but I need something whilst I address the remediation.
I need to change the carpets. I’ll probably laminate my room and the rest of the house will recarpted once the mould situation is fixed.
