Hi @Bernadette_Abraham
I have gone through the course for the assessment of ideal cholesterol HDL Triglycerides etc.
I have also been reading a lot about this topic.
I have attached here my test results. I have a good ratio of 0.4 between HDL and Triglycerides but my HDL is above the ideal range. So could that be interpreted as dysfunctional?

@Bernadette_Abraham Thanks Bernadette for letting me know Btw, Badger company now has SPF 50 which is pure zinc based again but a lot easier to apply on face compared to SPF 40⌠I will still check the other brands tho you recommended

@Bernadette_Abraham Thanks a lot Bernadette. I will look into Suntegrity. Yes 100% agree with having support internally as well. I take glutathione for antioxidant support but didnât know about the others you mentioned. Nice to have more anti-aging supports 😚

Hi @Bernadette_Abraham  Can you let me know a good brand for sunscreen face and body but min. SPF 50 or above. I have badger company SPF 40 but it is so hard to apply on face or body. It is zinc based and quite thick.
Naked Poppy offers only SPF 30.
At the age of 45 living in dubai, I need a stronger sun protection 😃 -

@Bernadette_Abraham Thanks so much Bernadette. So glad to find a healthier solution for our puppy. Those harsh deworm tablets did disturb her already sensitive system. Will check out Pawdega 👍
