@Bernadette_Abraham  I have attached the fasting insulin result too. I understand the thyroid levels may not be at the optimum levels; however being a thyroid patient for 20 years, I am struggling to comprehend how that would lead to an extreme ferritin levels?

@Bernadette_Abraham  Yes the genetic condition was tested and ruled out. Thyroid and sugar levels are normal.

It was diagnosed as non-alcoholic fatty liver.
