Yesterday while reading Dr. Marie Haver’s new book “The New Menopause”, I learned that menopause is usually delayed in women who have had 3+ births or pregnancies (because ovulation was avoided during those years so less eggs lost), and menopause symptoms are often worse for those who’ve had multiple children/births (good luck to me!)
