    Hi B,
Thanks so much for the info.
I just thought about it, as I am writing this response to you, since I was about 32 years whenever I checked my cholesterol it’s always been high and my B/P is was always been normal 90/60, 100/70 and so on. I remember clearly the first time I felt the pain behind my neck area so I as a colleague to take my B/P and it was 130/100. That was scary for me. My B/P was never elevated. I also remember I had just started menopause.
Ever since then I noticed my B/P been normal or abnormal at times.
I will watch the videos and check into the device.

    Thanks again

    Good morning Daniel,
So what can I do in the meantime, while waiting to see my GP and getting my tests done?
    Thanks again

    Hi Daniel,
Thank you so much for responding, I really appreciate. Also thanks for the compliment.
Will request the tests from my Dr will keep you posted. Yes I do get cold easily, don’t have hair lost, no problem concentrating.
No I do not have any sweet cravings. No experience of hair lost or concentration. I do feel saturated, have numbness of my finger tips, chest discomfort. Yes I do dinner would have veggies most evening with baked chicken. Try to consume different juices daily sometimes one or two usually consume morning time. Try to drink beets juice twice a day as I noticed it really helps with lower this darn B/P.
I want to feel great that’s my goal.

    Thanks again

    Hi Daniel,
Thank you so much for explaining this. .

I am 56, 2 kids, both grown, weight 140lbs, 5’4” , slim built. Don’t look my age, I am always told so. Been exercising since am 20years old. I made it a part of my life. As I mentioned before I try to eat healthy now this damn blood pressure is here. I will NOT claim it. I rebuke it I the name of Jesus Christ. Amen .

I exercise almost every day ( fast walk at the park, pull ups, uses my body weight) when I can’t go to the park exercise at home.
My food for the day and basically every day:
    Breakfast 8 – 8:30am
Sometimes eggs w spinach fried. (use grass fed butter)
Or smoothie bob mill’s flaxseed, organic chia seeds frozen strawberries, frozen wild blueberries, blackberries, organic dates or organic maple syrup cinnamon.

    9:30-10am
    Fruits, juices
    Pineapple carrots ginger or
    Carrots ginger or
    2-3 lies or
    Apple or
    Cucumbers & celery
Dash of Cheyenne pepper in all juices
    Some grapes or
    Orange some kind of fruit
    Beets juice

    1 banana daily
    Lunch
    Quinoa
    Red beans
    Chicken (baked or stew)
    Salmon (baked)
    Baked sweet potatoes
    Collard greens
    Baked fish
Some times Gombo w shrimp, crab etc
Recently cooked chicken liver as B mentioned was really good, haven’t had in a while.
Quiet a while was having this salad:
Spinach w beets (boiled & diced), avocado, bell peppers red, yellow, green,
Sauce: crushed garlic, EVOO, ACV, dash Cheyenne pepper so good. .
    Recently changed to:
Shredded purple cabbage, Romaine lettuce, beets, avocado, w EVOO, ACV, dash Cheyenne pepper, little bit raw organic honey.

    My observations:
When I consume these veggies twice/day I poop 2-3/ day
Because of the amount beets I guess my poop are red& peep at times.

    6 – 6:30pm
    At time nothing or
Small piece chicken w veggies shared above,

About to purchase a water filter/pitcher
I am awear of the contaminants in our water.

    Supplements:

    Vit A, D, (encapsulated)
    Zinc (encapsulated) started this week
