@Daniel thank you ! For me the flushing and the dizziness are the main symptoms . As for the SIBO , I’m supposed to do the breath test with the intake of the glucose drink on a fasted stomach . Im just not sure if I should do it as I’m not a fan of the drink idea on an empty stomach 😅 Is there another way to test ?
As for the gastro I guess will need to wait and see the results if I decide to do the test . I looked at the probiotic you suggested and will order it . Im just not so sure what’s the best starting point . I have not had any tests done for histamine intolerance and if you have any suggestions I’d gladly welcome those. @Daniel thank you ! This is so helpful and informative. I have been advised to take Proflora Restore plus by my gastro but I’m not so sure about it hence my hesitation .
I’d love to read the handout but wasn’t able to open it .
As for me having a histamine intolerance, honestly I have some suspicion but it could be also SIBO the reason of my reactions to food . I’m a little confused to say the least ..

@Bernadette_Abraham thank you! It was a general handyman services company which I called as there was water leaking through the bathroom ceiling . When they were repairing the AC drain where the water was coming from they discovered the mold . The bathroom is humid and I have placed a dehumidifier but my concern is that it was too late . If you can recommend a company that can help I’d appreciate it very much
