How I know my body needs support is the way I feel after a physical activity and how long it takes for my body to recover sometimes after my yoga routine and of course it friends on the routine I follow on the day . Sorry for the long story . Even though I’m trying to cut it short

Just to shed a bit more light , I used ti workout 4-5 times a week (strength training ) up until March and now I’m rebuilding (feeling better but not yet the way I’d like to) and doing 15 min yoga daily

I’m rebuilding now and already feeling better and doing 15 min yoga a day but I can tell by my body’s response including recovery that it needs more support

@Daniel thank you very much . I’m transitioning from being a vegan to non vegan . I would like to build more muscle mass and I just feel that my body is not at its optimal yet following a recovery from low iron and a lot of other nutrients
