Hi B. I feel nowadays we are not safe to eat anything. Fear mongering cones in waves, what’s up with dark chocolate being “unhealthy @ since it’s high in lead and cadmium? Not sure how much we should fear food as everything almost contain heavy metals even rice, collagen powder, some veggies etc.. please advise

@LAK yes working on stress reduction (mental/emotional, physical & also physiological) should be a priority. Give your body time to adjust. Chaste tree berry may be enough for now in the early phase of perimenopause as well before considering bHRT.
