Hi @naslam1603 – please watch this video from the gut health masterclass to understand how to better support liver health and bile flow for various situations.
Bile flow can also be supported by consuming bitter foods. Please see this handout for a list of foods and/or bile support supplements.

I got a reply! They said the research is not funded so any fecal transfer would be out of pocket. Which is fine, so I asked an estimate of how much so I can pass this information to my mother.
I shared all info from Dr Crista and I believe they’re doing almost everything that was mentioned, as best as they can, as my brother is not 100% clear…

Hi B and team,
I was reading through a book called Nutrient Power, and found a section giving five different things that could cause schizophrenia. since my brother had markers showing inflammation in the body was high, and his glutathione was non existent, I wanted to know what supplements are good for glutathione. Good morning B.
Not sure why Direct Bilirubin isn’t on the NHS. To be honest, there are lot of markers that are not included on the NHS in other areas. For example, thyroid markers.
Could I approach better bile flow in another away if betaine HCl intake which I restarted yesterday is very low. I am taking digestive enzymes.

Thanks B.
Is there a blood test to check for vitamin C? I’ve asked my GP, but he says there isn’t. I’ll look for an alternative in a capsule form.
Vitamin C marker is in the OATS test, but Mosaic say that that it’s inaccurate. Below is customer services response back in January 2023.

Hi Naveed,

Good morning B.
The only formal diagnosis is this blood test result. Based on the results, the Endocrinologist said that I had long covid.
Regarding symptomsoverlap with my gastrointestinal issues. I can’t say for sure, it’s solely due to long covid. Anyhow, symptoms are fatigue, confusion, lack of concentration, sporadic breathlessness,…

Good morning B,
The only formal diagnosis for MCAS and histamine overload is this blood test.
Yes, I understand the reason for the above is due to the 3 digestive factors. I restarted the Betaine HCl (150mg out of 750mg) using empty capsule cases, continue to take digestive enzyme. I hope these two can triggers smooth bile flow.

@Annie – yes I knew she was coming out with her own test, but if I recall it’s to look at bifido strains specifically. She discovered during Covid that those with low levels of Bifidobacteria had the worst outcomes and vice versa. She has a cute slogan/hashtag called #savethebif 🙂
Do keep us posted if you hear back from her regarding your…

That’s so nice you supported her research. I wish we could speed up the advancement of this research in other ways. It’s such an amazing subject, every time I come across it, those that apply the information to help others are able to do things no one has ever been able to.
The gut tests, even the one at the lowest price bar is still half a…
