Difference between zinc l carnosine sine and zinc picolinate
Hi. B & Daniel,
Hope you are well.
I wanted to know the difference between the above zincs. In the past I’ve been taking zinc l carnosine for my my stomach.

When I click on
Learn > courses > Adrenal Balance > Not enrolled message displayed.
If I click on the Adrenal Balance Thumb nail to view the contents, I am being told, “the course is currently closed.”
The same for Beginner’s Health Roadmap and so on.
Please see attached screenshots for example for the adrenal balance course.

I wanted to clarify that I am convinced by your questions that I put forward to Action Dry. It’s just the feedback I received from Andy which I was taken aback with.
I also emailed the IICRC body as well in Europe region to get a listing of UK professionals.

I recall you use the same, but DK.
I wanted to ask you what time of day do you take it and do you drop the drops under the tongue or on it.
Also, will it get absorbed whilst eating as the emulsion covers my entire tongue.
