Good morning B.
Thank you for your detailed response.
How can I improve on my ferritin level without having to go through another IV infusion if the doctor suggests. I am worried about taking another supplement with my stomach issues, especially gastroparesis which is very debilitating. Gastroparesis is affecting the lining.

Hi B.
I self inject B12 and noticed my ferritin drop from 555 (March 2023) following an IV iron infusion to 68ug/L (5th November 2024) blood test.
Could B12 be causing this? I also take seeking b minus and folinic acid.
To be honest, I don’t have iron bases foods, apart from chicken liver and this isn’t regularly.
My b12 reading was 6000.
