These are my most recent hormone tests – I have started on chaste tree and DHEA (50) and based on my most recent thyroid blood test which I shared last time with you, I am also taking T3.
Just wanted your thoughts on these tests and whether there is anything specific I should be looking out for.

Yes I will look into this. You mention 6 months, I can reintroduce it slowly after? would that not trigger the immune response again and increase the antibodies?

Thank you for the attachments – there is a lot I do in general to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I am very careful when it comes to processed foods. I have not removed gluten as I just feel very overwhelmed with the idea.

Ok that’s interesting as i do have hashimoto’s and am taking thyroxine. I do test every 6 months and have a full thyroid check (just had one a few days ago actually) and my results have been stable for a while. As for the liver, I had a test done last year and it seemed within range too.

Hey B, honestly so many symptoms could be linked to perimenopause ie/ my anxiety, period no longer as regular and has just been 7 days late, brain fog… but I also know that my adrenals are taxed and have been for a while so my body could just be over running on survival and these could also be the effects of it.
