    Reply to Protein and collagen

Hi B, Yes I will be taking them separately. The protein shake is not daily and I try to have my protein intake from my meals mainly and the collagen is more specific to my ankle cartilage injury. If you have any recommendations that would be awesome. I was looking into biotics optimal collagen.

    Thank you Lana

    Vitamin K

    Morning,

Along with Vitamin D, should vitamin K be given to children and if so at what dose? 10 year old and 8 year old.

    Thanks Lana

    Protein and collagen

    Morning,

I am considering the equip or design for health protein powder and I am wondering if it is still okay to take the optimal collagen (in morning coffee) as well.

    Thanks Lana

Hi B, thank you for your response.

I ran these blood tests as a general check up – there were no real concerns and he has been well overall (he is turning 8 in January). I did notice his multi vitamins do contain vitamin B12 so it may be due to that. I have stopped them for now. He isnt the best eater in terms of variety but he does like…

    High B12

Good morning! I have just run some blood tests on my son and a few of his results came out high specifically B12. Is there anything I could do to lower his levels or should I be checking his liver panel following these results?

    Reply to MTFHR and HRT

Thank you Daniel for your response. And in your opinion what are the factors that need to be considered before taking HRT in this case if the homocysteine levels are in check?

As for her daughter, they were told that she is having more severe allergy symptoms due to the chloramine in the pool water and that when children do not shower prior…
