B’s Quick Breakfast: Banana Avocado Smoothie
My 2-minute breakfast smoothie… blend together:
1 ripe banana
1 C skim milk (can also use almond or soy milk if you prefer)
1 raw organic whole egg (don’t be grossed out… contrary to popular belief, this IS the best way to eat eggs)
1 ripe avocado
2 Tbsp crushed flax seeds (optional)
7 ice cubes (I like it VERY cold)
The avocado gives this drink a nice creamy texture. The banana flavor is what really stands out and you won’t even notice the raw egg.
Eating supportively is easy.
