Are You Vitamin ‘G’ Deficient

I know what you’re thinking… does vitamin G even exist?⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Technically no, but it’s so incredibly powerful for our health that it should be recognized as an essential vitamin.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣“G”, which stands for Grounding (aka earthing) is attained by simply walking barefoot on Earth’s surfaces like grass and sand for example.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣It’s a simple concept but the problem is that we’ve become so disconnected from the Earth.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Think about your typical day. When was the last time you walked barefoot outside, except at the beach or the park?⁣
⁣⁣
⁣We (kids included) walk with synthetic soled shoes on which blocks the Earth’s energy, we sleep above ground all night and we work/play indoors or in high-rise buildings most of the time.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Why is this important? Well, we are electrical beings who need electrical nutrition from the Earth’s electrical roots!⁣

⁣Today, we must consciously make an effort to ground so hopefully this will help give you some practical solutions depending on your living situation:⁣

⁣✔️The beach and sea/ocean water are by far the best and most conductive surfaces, which help us reap the benefits of the Earth’s fields. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣The minerals in sea/ocean water make it super conductive, making it superior to lakes, rivers and hot springs.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣✔️Grass, especially wet, dewy grass, is also highly conductive. Avoid chemically treated grass however. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣✔️Sand, gravel, soil and any natural rock are also great for grounding by making skin contact with these surfaces. ⁣
⁣ ⁣
⁣✔️Natural stones such as slate, granite, marble, limestone, sandstone, etc are all conductive materials as long as these are placed directly onto the Earth or untreated concrete (i.e. unsealed and unpainted) … a good option for those experiencing cold winters right now.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣✔️When all else fails, get into a bath with some Epsom salt to increase the conductivity of the water, which is connected to the metal piping that is connected to the ground! ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Showers work too as long as you touch the metal part on the drain. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣✔️If you intend on using Earthing mats, accessories or grounding rods, ensure that your environment is shielded from electrical fields and dirty electricity first.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⚠️Otherwise, electricity around you will go through you better.⁣
⁣⁣
⁣✔️While some brave souls ground in snow, making contact with a tree with your face or bare hands is probably a more reasonable outdoor grounding solution.⁣
