How can I check foe supplementation options that are recommended , do I need to check them on full script ?

For example , I want to introduce vitamin D or omega supplements higher in EPA ,,, how do search for brand options recommendations on the b better subscription? As there are number of brands in the market , ur would be easier to know the recommended ones @Bernadette_Abraham

Oh ok, I see. So you have a few options for finding what you need:
1. We have a forum called “Supplements & Medications” here: https://bbettermembership.com/forums/forum/287164-2/supplements-medications/ You can browse through it to see if you can find your question already answered. (Our search bar feature for each forum category is coming soon to make searching even easier and more specific!)
2. In the meantime, you can use the search bar in the top header of the website to browse our entire platform.
3. For omega-3s specifically, you can watch the video from our Fatty Acid Balance course for supplement recommendations: https://bbettermembership.com/courses/fatty-acid-balance/lessons/omega-3-supplements/

@Bernadette_Abraham , yes i meant if there was something like supplement brands we love or recommend. For example , i want to add a dao ENZYME , then what brands are recoommended, would be helpful .
Also in regards to new wedsite, how can one see the icons on dash board like the previous website ? ( i mean the icons were displacyed as big blocks as courses, symtom distocnary etc ,,, which felt easier, a video to navigate new website would be helpful )

Hi @sheetalramchandani1 – no we haven’t compiled a list of our favorite supplement brands into 1 place. They are scattered throughout the website in their respective courses, etc. But that’s a great suggestion. In the meantime, we have a powerful search bar at the top of our website and a dedicated forum for supplements so you’ll likely find the answer already there. And if all else fails, just ask us in the “Supplements & Medications” forum for help.
You can easily find the “icons/products” you need from the 2 drop down menus called “Learn” and “Succeed”. In Learn, you’ll find everything that is educational; Courses, Symptom Dictionary, Live Call Recordings, and All Handouts.
In Succeed, you’ll find everything you need to take action and get results: Programs, Protocols, Recipes, Discounts, Supplements & Testing.
Question for you… did you go through the onboarding process of our new platform? Did you answer 5 quick questions, and then get an automated “tour” of the new website that explains where to find everything? Please let me know. Thanks

No not sure where the onboarding process platform mail is ? i am still using the old platform for protocols, courses etc.
