High IgE levels

1.What are the causes of high IgE levels ? ( To manage the elimmination suggested under allergy has been done )

2. However Some symtoms are resulting in dry skin and peeling around eyes , mouth and neck, like an ecxema but just the face n neck area ( there is dandruff history involved )

3. What tests do u recoomend – Kniesolggy or allergy test via blood or muscle testing or allergy in proteins etc ? ( mold testing done to rule out ) ( hormones are done and all clear and other parameters of CBC, liver , lipid , blood sugar all seem ok )
