thank you asking about sauerkraut because earlier you said to stay away from acidic food such as cooked tomato and lemon. So I thought it’s the same for pylori. I know the root cause, it was stress for sure.
Regarding stomach acid yes this is why I was surprised that we can boost it since low stomach acid makes good environment fir h pylori

Thank you so much B I appreciate that. Tbh freaking out right now, 4 years using rusted water and everytime we ask the maintenance to check it all they do they clean the faucet and tank and the water is fine. How frustrating this is!

one more question if you don’t mind. How much baking soda and how many times a day? Also any way to go around citrus consumption? I usually have it in salad dressing. Just curious

I am reading a lot at the moment as I have my results for pylori not positive but intermediate 137 (positive >200) and negative <50
And I’ve read about the acid being low can cause even pylori. I’m not a practitioner tho 🙂

I have to add that I thought if glucose is on the high side and insulin on low side this can be insulin resistance. That’s why I wanted to make sure and ask

thank you B. No specific symptoms but I’ve been visiting family and out for vacation and diet has been horrible as well as stress. I did the test just for curiosity to see what 5 weeks bad diet can do especially I don’t eat usually much pastries and sweets. I’m back since last week and already started the reset 🙂 thank you again and have fun also enjoy your family

thank you for this thorough answer. You always have very informative answers I’d love to know if there are tests that are done by the dr that can give us greater picture. I’ve seen this info on Dr Ben Lynch stories but didn’t save it and cannot find these info. It was stage regular tests and which markers to calculate to know if we are at risk.
