Hi @Inga-55 – you can find access to ordering the KBMO test in our testing section. From the Succeed menu click on Testing, then KBMO, or simply click here.
As for genetic testing, there are many to choose from. Are you only looking to test MTHFR? If so, take a look at this sample report and let me know if it covers what you’re looking for. We…

Best Magnesium for three year old and one year old
Hi @Annie – my preference with kids is always a food first approach, so look at finding ways to increase their magnesium levels through food first. For kids aged 1 and 3, the aim should be around 80 mg of magnesium per day. Here are some kid friendly foods and their magnesium content as an example:
• Peanut Butter (2 tbsp): 49 mg

One year old ate dirt in backyard
@Annie – it’s common and expected for little ones to explore the world by putting things in their mouths, and while it can be concerning, it’s important to keep in mind that most kids won’t get sick from eating a little dirt. The risk of parasites is generally low unless the soil is contaminated with animal feces or other harmful…

Hi @sheetalramchandani1 – so burping is also a possible sign of hypochlorhydria (insufficient or low stomach acid). Did you watch the video I shared and try the baking soda challenge?
Please revert back if you do and let us know the result so we can guide you further.

@sheetalramchandani1 thank you for sharing a bit about your history. Do you notice the sour taste only in the morning or have you noticed it at other times of the day as well?
My first thought was possible acid reflux. If the lower esophageal sphincter (LED) is weak for example, stomach acid can rise into the esophagus during sleep and cause a…

Hi @DXB – nice to see you on the new website!
NakedPoppy used to be my go-to for retinol, but sadly, like many small businesses, they had to close their doors.
I have two backups I plan to try once I run out of my NakedPoppy retinol. I can only recommend them for their clean ingredients at this point, not necessarily for effectiveness, so be sure…

Difference between zinc l carnosine sine and zinc picolinate
Hi @naslam1603 – you’re spot on about the right form to be taking for gastric issues.
Zinc L-Carnosine is a combination of zinc and L-carnosine, which is an antioxidant dipeptide made from the amino acids beta-alanine and histidine. It’s mostly used for gut health by repairing the stomach lining, reducing inflammation, and protecting…
