I would love to get guidance on some health issues I’m experiencing at the moment. Hi Bernadette! Do you have any recommendations on how to alleviate a sore throat and runny nose without using traditional medicine like Nyquil and all! Trying to be as natural as possible but want to get better as soon as I can ! I appreciate all of your help! <3
