<p>I have gone through the course for the assessment of ideal cholesterol HDL Triglycerides etc.</p>
<p>I have also been reading a lot about this topic.</p>
<p>I have attached here my test results. I have a good ratio of 0.4 between HDL and Triglycerides but my HDL is above the ideal range. So could that be interpreted as dysfunctional? </p>

SPF 50 or above. I have badger company SPF 40 but it is so hard to apply on face or body. It is zinc based and quite thick.<br />
Naked Poppy offers only SPF 30.<br />

They ran the test in parallel to the homocysteine so we thought it was connected.</p>
<p>His homocysteine levels were high before around 16; he has been using ‘Nutri-dyn Methyl Complete’ supplement which helped a lot to drop the levels to 5.7. Thyroid and sugar levels are normal.</p>
<p>It was diagnosed as non-alcoholic fatty liver.</p>
