    Thank a lot for the info.
    I am 56. I was taking magnesium and D3. Will order and start K2 ASAP. I exercise Monday-Friday mostly lifting my body weight. Will start some strength training exercises.

    Hi,
    Want to share that my mom and a female cousin had kidney stones and both tried Chanca Peidra and the both passed the stones.
    They were experiencing severe pain. Especially my mom in and out of the hospital.
    Happy to say she is pain free

    Yes have watched it couples day ago, great information.
    I was watching this video on omegas and there is a third one mentioned which is DPA (Docosapentaenoic Acid). Do you know of this, if you do which supplement contains all three?
    That is EPA, DHA and DPA?
