No thyroid meds. No incontinence meds. I will definitely discuss with my Dr on doing some estrogen test. What are some test that I can get done? I have coconut oil that I send for from back home will give it a try. I ordered the coconu water base lubricant.
Flaxseed: Is Bob Red Mills clean? What brand do you recommend?

So, let’s rule out some thing I am not taking any herbs at the moment, not on any anticlinergic meds m, no allergies meds, do not drink wines, coffee etc, swill discuss with my Dr about ordering some test.

WHY: Want to check on my health overall. Wanting to know what’s going on with my body. Also for the about a year or year and a half I’ve been experiencing headaches of and on, which never had them in the pass. However I’ve noticed I started having them since menopause started.
Also I have these lower back pains off and on just generalized fatigue. Some days I feel great some other days not.
Every morning drink hot tea sometimes ginger, lemon, or both, some kind of tea.
For breakfast boil eggs or fried with spinach, avocados, tuna in water sometimes, smoothies rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, sea moss, Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, dates as sweetener sometimes raw local honey, almond milk, sandwiches Ezekiel bread toasted w almond butter sprinkle w cinnamon or tuna sandwich or instead of Ez bread use lettuce w tuna, some avocado w sautéed onions garlic & tomatoes. Juices: pineapple, orange & lemons, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe,
Seasonings: Cayenne pepper, oregano, basil leaves, parsley, black pepper, cumin,
Lunch: veggie salad different types lettuce, carrots, cabbage white & purple, apples, olives, purple onions, EVOO, cucumbers, quinoa, celery, cilantro lentils, red beans, split peas, bell peppers, chicken baked, baked salmon, some steak well done, baked sweet potatoes, or mashed, collard greens, bitter melon, bakchoy, mustard greens, mangoes
Lately started incorporating these more in my diet….Especially after watching Hack Your Health on Netflix…..squashes, pearl barley, more lentil soup along with squash, tomatoes, onions, garlic, EVOO, bitter melon, carrots, cabbages, mustard greens, celery, cilantro, broccoli, kale
Super veggies salad sometimes or a smoothie or same from lunch.
Plenty filtered water
H/P- Enalapril
Seeds: Macadamia nuts, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, pecans
I exercise daily Monday to Friday at least 30 minutes/day sometimes on Saturday and Sunday for about an hour using my trampoline and stretches. I make it a point to get the morning sunlight and noticed it really helps with sleep.
Supplements: Magnesium Glycinate, Ashwahgandah, D3 & K2 combo and just started taking spirulina (energybits.com)
