My 8 year suffers from chronic congestion due to 80 percent blockage in her nose and enlarged adenoids. She swim twice a week. Today she woke up with a blocked ear. There’s no pain but she’s experiencing a muffled sound which is uncomfortable and scary for her. Any advice please?
