Hello hello , i am confused  some  doctors say PCOS is about oestrogen dominance , others say it is about  testosterone increase  , who are correct ?  I know it is related to insulin resistance  too , and please some advanced advices for reducing PCOS side effect ( weight gain , fertility problems etc  )
