DAO enzymes can help bring down histamine levels. I know that you do not want to consume pork but I have had Muslim clients consider it when it becomes their only option for their health. Perhaps discuss it with a sheikh?

that’s a great response from the mold inspector. It’s always a red flag when they don’t know or haven’t heard of the ERMI test before. It’s worth spending your money there.
As I had mentioned to you on the case study call, I would not recommend any other tests at the moment beyond what I had suggested.
You only test when it’s to inform a different direction. Like if there’s high mold, then remediation is the next step. If testing is to confirm an educated assumption, it’s a waste of your money. But of course you know what’s best for you.

Oh! No worries – I’ve got you covered with that too… do you have any thyroid test results you can share?
The following videos can help you figure out why you have low thyroid function:
• Reasons for Low T4
• Reasons for Low T3
• Things to Avoid to Protect Your Thyroid
• Foods to support your thyroid (which I previously shared already) -
unfortunately using parchment paper is not sufficient since there will be off-gassing within the container. It’s preferable to find a stainless steel container that is compatible with your Instant Pot.
Pressure cookers are different because it cooks food using high pressure steam using a liquid base. It’s different to air fryers which is dry heat cooking. I personally love my stainless steel pressure cooker and use it often. I also love how practical they are.

I personally have not encountered clients with this rare disease. However I have come across this pattern in the OAT test many times with clients who have yeast overgrowth and/or exposure to mold, which produce oxalates. Hence my recommendation to get an ERMI test to see if there are high levels of mycotoxins in your home.
High uric acid is often in the picture as well since it’s an antioxidant and the body can increase production to counter high oxidative stress from elevated blood sugar, stress, and toxicity. Another pattern to check is your lipids. If there’s elevated HDL and suppressed LDL, that’s another sign of oxidative stress. Again – mold can do that. So can high blood sugar from stress/diet.
Also keep in mind that this OAT test was performed a year ago and you’ve made significant changes since then so we cannot draw any conclusions from it.

I’m sensing that you’re suspicious of the results and wasn’t expecting to see progress? The report says significant improvement since July 2022 and no more gastroparesis! This is good news!

great – we’ll be waiting for your follow-on questions after you’ve had a chance to check out the videos I shared.
And we released our Adrenal Balance course today, so here’s the link to the Adrenal Hormone Basics video where I discuss the role of aldosterone in regulating blood pressure.
And since stress is part of the picture for you, here are a few more short videos to watch on how to test cortisol status to know how to support your adrenals better, and lower blood pressure:
• At home
• In blood
• Functional test using saliva/urinePlease let me know if you have any questions.

so perhaps whatever she caught in November is still lingering in the background. The OAT test would show fungal/bacterial overgrowths systemically (not just the gut like a stool test), among many other markers.
Kefir and probiotics is a good idea to help her gut immunity fight off whatever overgrowth there may be present. If this doesn’t help, then a 1-month cleanse might help as well; parasite cleanse and/or broad specturm anti-microbials/funglas like Biocidin liquid.

In Dubai, I can recommend the Al Dahra brand of chicken. I have personally visited their farm and although they are in a coop (no chickens in Dubai are pasture raised unless it’s for eggs and even then, they are fenced in), it is very spacious and the feed is organic. They sell their chicken in Carrefour (organic section).
As for red meat, it is all imported. iFarm private farm does provide grassfed A2 cow dairy products however like raw milk and yogurt, etc. But not meat.
Hope this helps.

stress is a HUGE factor affecting blood pressure. We will be releasing the Adrenal Balance course tomorrow and in it, I recommend you watch the section about aldosterone which is in the “Adrenal Basics” video at the beginning of the course. I explain the role of aldosterone and kidneys in regulating our blood pressure by modulating sodium and potassium levels.
Knowing that you have hyperthyroidism, I would also recommend you watch this video here for more information about causes and solutions. Bugleweed and selenium are particularly important with hyperthyroid function. And if you have any goiters or thyroid nodules, please watch this video too. Brazil nuts and sardines are great sources of selenium.
You can also watch this short video for more thyroid supportive food options that help provide more iron, zinc, vitamin A, selenium and iodine – key nutrients for thyroid health.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

looks like a great stainless steel option. Do you have this model already?

he hasn’t yet confirmed. Hopefully he’ll accept to be our guest in April.

sorry to hear you’re still in so much pain. Did you end up creating that meal plan so we can help guide you in terms of diet? And did you have your neo emotional release session yet? Glad you’re getting mold checked out. Hope they’re proper mold inspectors and not just going to check AC ducts and do a visual inspection. Mycotoxins are invisible and odorless. Ask if they know about the ERMI test in the US to check mycotoxins.

Hi – thanks for sharing the results. I encourage you to watch the whole iron section in the Mineral Balance course if you haven’t already done so. Here’s the start of the section with the risk factors for iron deficiency.
Given her high ferritin and the skewing in her white blood cells (neutrophils and lymphocytes), this pattern could point to a low grade simmering infection. Normally we’d like to see higher neutrophils and lower lymphocytes, but in her case, they’re about the same which tends to happen when there’s a simmering infection of some sort. Does she have any digestive complaints? Does she have gas/farting or bloating? Have you ever run an OAT test for her in urine?
If there is in fact a simmering infection, then her body’s response to sequester iron is appropriate – hence the higher ferritin.
Please watch the videos in the iron section and let me know if you have any follow-up questions. I feel it will help answer a lot of your questions (even for yourself) as I do also touch on iron overload.
