can you try uploading your labs from a computer to help us narrow it down? Perhaps there’s an issue from the mobile app specifically…

Hi  I also have to respectfully disagree that there is no link between food, diet, lifestyle and disease. It’s ALL connected and your gut instinct is 100% spot on!

Make an appointment with Dr. Heather Eade at Novomed. She’s an excellent naturopathic doctor who will take a holistic approach and help connect the dots in your husband’s case. She often has a long waiting list so if she’s not available, you can try to get in with one of her colleagues in the same clinic.

If she’s not available, you can also consider seeing Dr. Sean Penny at Bedaya Polyclinic. He’s a homeopath/functional medicine practitioner who also takes a holistic approach to health.

Hi  – support did tell me they received your labs but we only provide help with that here in the forum. I asked support to reach out to Circle to see why you can’t upload them in your post here. They will keep you updated.

Did you try attaching them in the comments and it didn’t work? It’s strange because other members are still able to upload their attachments. Which device are you using to upload your labs? And is it from a computer or your phone? This might help us with the troubleshooting.

March 28, 2023 at 3:50 am in reply to: Blood test review

Hello  – unfortunately this is a very basic set of tests. Also, when were these taken during her cycle as there are hormone levels tested.

However, from this small subset of tests, it seems there is a need for better hydration and her vitamin D can be boosted. Her white blood cell differentials are skewed in a pattern that is often seen where there is some sort of low-grade simmering infection like dysbiosis for example.

Does she have any GI related symptoms as well like gas, bloating, constipation, etc?

Has she ever had a full thyroid panel done? We have an entire course on Thyroid Health which I would encourage you to watch. Here’s the video on what should be included in a thyroid panel, as well as other possible tests to consider since so many factors can affect thyroid function like cortisol and blood sugar status for example.

But let’s take it 1 step at at time… what other information can you share about this woman please? Diet, exercise, stress level, age, top 5 symptoms, medications, supplements, any other diagnosis?

ďťżďťż as Daniel mentioned, there isn’t much research on such devices but I will say that science is often late to the party. And the absence of scientific proof does not mean a theory or technology does not hold truth.

The only experience I’ve had with energy medicine is bioresonance, and I’m not sure if that’s the same as biomeridian testing. Bioresonance in my experience (personally and with clients) has been hit or miss, both in terms of assessments and treatments. It seems to have a higher success rate with treating food sensitivities/allergies. I will not discount the benefits that some receive however, so if it’s something that you resonate with, and are seeing benefits from, then by all means continue.

Personally however, I will only recommend energy medicine when all else fails, and if finances allow, because there’s no harm in trying.

If your doctor has any literature he can share, please ask for it so we can all learn. I’m always open to these possibilities.

  • Hi
have you seen our new mold course? It addresses exactly this! I share CellCore’s done-for-you protocol and also my guidelines for creating a customised protocol. I strongly recommend making time to watch it as it will help you feel less overwhelmed hopefully.

 fogging is not bad – it’s a tool that can be used to neutralize mold and bring it to the ground to be vacuumed and removed. But correct, it doesn’t kill mold.

Hi  this website might interest you: https://healinghistamine.com/shop/

Yasmina’s website has been a leading resource on histamine intolerance for many many years, and has stayed active even after she lost her struggle to breast cancer a few years ago. There are many recipe guides you can purchase.

correct – in the US it is illegal in many states to have the inspector also do the remediation work. It’s a clear conflict of interest. But as I said, sometimes that option is not available and we have to do the best with what we’ve got. If you contact some of the organisations like the IICRC – they provide a list of UK inspectors and remediators .

Hi  sorry to hear about the mishandling of your mom’s case. Anaerobes do not need oxygen to grow, and at the same time, oxygen can kill them.

That’s one of the reasons why ozone therapy can have such a positive effect on a wide range of pathogenic bacteria, fungi, viruses, and even some protozoa, and why it’s used to disinfect municipal water supplies in cities worldwide.

Here’s a great referenced article on the utilization of ozone for external medical applications. He has a few other articles on ozone if you care to dive deeper.

The company that I like for topical ozonated products is Pur03.

yup – I shared one in my first reply. You can find it here. It’s a worthy investment. And I discuss it in the “testing your environment” video in the new course on mold.

I usually go with Biotics research or Seeking Health for vitamin A. If they’re both out of stock, you can always check the B Better Fullscript dispensary and filter it by the type you prefer like capsule or liquid. Let me know if you need help figuring out the search in Fullscript.

Hi  – as Daniel mentioned, please don’t feel shy to ask questions.

Have you seen the varicose vein handout in the Symptom Dictionary? If you can’t access the link, I’ve attached it here as well.

I recently found a more holistic ENT who can probably help with your breathing issues. You can let Dr. Annelyse Ballin know I referred you to her.

Unfortunately, I don’t know a more holistic minded dermatologist. Still looking for one. Do let me know if you find one.

ďťżďťż eat the whole thing at the start of your meal! Have as much as you can tolerate. It’s supposed to be bitter – that’s the whole goal. If you really can’t stand the taste, dress it up with my GLO dressing from my book. I’m planning on sharing that recipe with the next B Better Insider email in April but here it is in the meantime:

GLO (Garlic, Lemon juice, Olive oil) Dressing:
    Makes: 3-4 Tbsp of dressing

    Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, crushed (or Âź tsp crushed garlic)*
½ lemon, juiced (or 2 Tbsp lemon juice)
2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/8-1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
Dash of pepper, or to taste

    Directions:
    1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
    2. Adjust seasoning to taste. Extra dressing can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks.

*Note: If you don’t like the strong taste of garlic, use half the amount instead so approximately ½ garlic clove or 1/8 tsp crushed garlic.
