ďťżďťż I’m glad you’re writing things down. Let me answer your questions point by point as well.
I took a look at the bio magnetic test. I have mixed feelings around all types of bio-resonance tests. They can be hit and miss. My take is do this as a last resort when all else “proven” fails.
I was referring to both iron AND ferritin.
It seems you’re leaning more towards Sean’s protocol and approach but worried about losing the option to do chelation with insurance. I would suggest reaching out to your insurance and finding out how long the approval is valid for if you decide to proceed with chelation treatments at a later stage. If the approval is valid for at least 3 months, maybe give yourself time to do the “natural drainage approach” and see how you feel in 3 months, and then go for chelation if no changes/improvements. Also ask insurance what happens if you decide to delay treatment now – what is the re-approval process. I think this will help you feel less pressured.
Also reach out to Dr. Sean and ask him about additional anticipated costs beyond consultation visits if you decide to proceed with his protocol. That will also help answer many of your questions and remove variables.
I’ve set a reminder in my calendar to check in with you next Friday. Hopefully you can work on getting these answers, so that you can make a decision by next week.
Here for you!

 odd – it’s working for me. You can also find it by clicking “Protocols” here in the community under “B BETTER RESOURCES”. The attachment is on the top right corner once you click on “B’s Medicine Cabinet Must-Haves & Go-To Immune Boosting Protocol”.
Â
My connection is super slow at the moment over international waters so I’ll ping  to see if he can attach it for you as well in case you still can’t access that link. -
ANF is great – definitely consider it. How are you doing with your D-limonene supplement search? Any back in stock? Given the latest tests you did, parasites are likely and can cause these pains ur experiencing.
Once biliary tract is better supported for 30-60 days, I usually give my clients the green light to do a parasite cleanse.

ďťżďťż mercury is known to lower WBC. Same with red blood cells.
As I told you before, provocation tests exaggerate the results which is what the hematologist and Dr. Sean are probably eluding to.
But there is in fact a mercury toxicity issue. What’s unclear and debatable is the actual level due to the provocation. But that’s not important – the goal is to get rid of them!
And I agree with Dr. Heather that your main symptoms are likely all tied to heavy metals. The method you choose however to eliminate these metals, is up to your preference.
As I said before, chelation is invasive, but effective. For that you have 2 doctors who are able to help. Each of their protocols seem valid. Again, I would choose the doctor you feel most comfortable with if you choose chelation.
The other method is supporting your body’s own detox pathways and using a more natural/less invasive approach, which definitely takes longer (several months longer). You didn’t mention what Dr. Sean’s protocol would be. Did he say?
So it boils down to 2 methods; chelation vs. natural drainage support.
In terms of iron infusion, there’s also no right or wrong answer here. Your levels aren’t terribly low, so I personally wouldn’t go for it at this stage unless there’s really strong fatigue. I’d probably wait until after I start a detox protocol (chelation or natural). So it’s just a timing issue.
I know you’re feeling very overwhelmed right now, so I suggest not making any decisions at the moment until you’ve given yourself time to mull it over in your mind and heart.
What I do when conflicted about making a tough decision is to list my concerns. So what are your concerns about chelation therapy and what are your concerns about the more natural approach? Write them all out. You can post them here too and we might be able to help address some of these concerns to help you work through the decision process.

Hi ďťżďťż – checkout the protocol section. I recently added a protocol for viral/flu support. I also share my go-to immune boosting protocol (guide) when sick.
Â
For sore burning throat, I would personally try something mucilaginous for relief like my flaxseed cough remedy or silver hydrosol gargles or propolis spray (also in the guide).I’m not a homeopath, but when my kids feel nauseous, Nox Vomica remedy usually helps with that.
Hope you feel better soon!

Hi yes, all you need is a dry brush. Here’s the dry brush that I have and really enjoy. It also comes with an insert with a visual reference of how to dry brush (which I’ve attached below).
I also usually share this video on YouTube if you prefer a visual demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqKPaG0gAnk

ďťżďťż if you recall on our case study call, I had suggested ANF therapy. I would still encourage you to find a practitioner who offers ANF (amino neuro frequency) therapy. With my very sensitive clients, it’s a blessing and helps them gain traction when even food/supplements are too strong for the body.
I wouldn’t waste your money on more testing at this stage Naveed. Especially food sensitivity testing as it will require you to remove even more foods, and complicate an already complex situation.
Can you please describe what you mean by your stomach lining is reacting to everything you eat. What sensations are you feeling? Is it reflux or something else? And where exactly do you experience the discomfort when you eat? Is it with all meals, or only certain meals of the day?

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been under so much stress and for so long. Prolonged stress sets up the whole body for imbalances by skewing the HPATG axis (brain-adrenal-thyroid-sex hormones pathway), so while there are ways to help support the adrenals like adaptogenic herbs and glandulars (which I discuss in this video here and here in the Adrenal Balance course), the best solution (but never the easiest) is to reduce the sources of stress. Easier said than done, I know, but at the end of the day, if you don’t slow down or change your path, your body will force you to slow down, in the name of your own survival.
This should be your starting point if you know and acknowledge that stress is the root cause. I would suggest adrenal testing to know exactly where your adrenal health status currently is to know how best to support it since there are stages of HPA (brain-adrenal) dysfunction. Do you need boosting herbs or calming herbs? Or both at different times of the day? Or perhaps glandular support? This is where testing can help answer these questions to support stress resiliency, and I discuss them in the Adrenal Balance course.
But in the meantime, help your body feel safe by working on ways to reduce stress; watch comedy shows that make you burst out laughing, meet up with friends who make you forget about your worries, ground barefoot outside, go to the beach, journal, read – whatever activity that you enjoy and helps calm your nervous system on a daily basis should be prioritized.
And if you can shed more light on the type of stress you’re under, perhaps we can help offer more targeted suggestions.

Hello ďťżďťż – since blood chemistry is just 1 small puzzle piece that represents 1 moment in time, can you please provide us with some details about your husband to help give meaning to the results and better guide you.
Age?
When were these tests taken. Fasting?Â
Why were these tests done? General prevention or is he symptomatic?
What are his top 5 symptoms/complaints?
Was he sick a week or so before this test?
Does he have any diagnosed conditions?
What is his diet like?
How would rate his stress level?
What is his general lifestyle? Does he have any cravings for carbs, alcohol, caffeine, sugar?
Does he take any medications and/or supplements? -
 glad to hear you’re out of mold. The course has a section on how to detox from mold including protocols. The course is a little less than 2 hours in total so I encourage you to make time for it if mold illness is at play.
-
I would encourage you to go through the entire mold course that we just released last week. And specifically, the video on drainage pathways and the order of drainage support.
Avoiding mold is the first and most important step. Has you home been properly remediated?

yes, Pure Encapsulations was bought by Nestle in 2017. I haven’t found to be a decrease in quality or effectiveness luckily. However, I do know that some people don’t like supporting big multi-national companies.
I also wanted to chime into the conversation. Blood sugar status plays a foundational role in our overall health, and as Daniel mentioned, it can impact cholesterol and blood pressure.
If you don’t suspect your diet being the culprit of higher blood sugar levels, then stress and cortisol status need to be considered. And stress isn’t just mental/emotional stress. Stress can also be physiological; food sensitivities, dysbiosis, hidden infections in the mouth/root canals, viruses, environmental toxins (mold, heavy metals, pesticides..), etc.
I’d encourage you to watch this video here where I explain how the adrenals regulate blood pressure so you can better understand how stress plays a role in blood pressure.
Your electrolyte pattern is typical with adrenal hypofunction (low cortisol output) where potassium is higher and sodium is reduced. The body perceived at that moment in time of your life, that it needed to excrete sodium and retain potassium. The best way to know your cortisol status however is through a urine test called the DUTCH adrenal test which I explain in more detail here with links to be able to order that test below the video.
I’d also encourage you to look into the RESPeRATE device and app, which is FDA approved and clinically proven to reduce blood pressure naturally using guided breathing. Along the same lines as what I was explaining, this works because deep breathing helps push the body into a more parasympathetic state which relaxes the body. Stress increases BP and blood sugar levels.

ďťżďťż so first, I always recommend that my clients do their coffee enemas while lying down, and then turn onto their right side. Never do it standing up. I have my clients bring in yoga mats or thick towels into the bathroom or bathtub in case of accidents to be close to the toilet.
Second, I prefer using stainless steel buckets for better hygiene purposes & preventing contamination.
I also recommend that the type of coffee be green coffee specifically designed for coffee enemas (see my first reply for brand suggestion). It’s different to regular organic coffee that is drinkable. I’m not sure that this coffee is enema coffee.
In terms of insertion, it shouldn’t be painful. I recommend my clients lubricate the end of the enema nozzle with olive or coconut oil and gently insert the tip into their rectum. No need to insert any more than that. This should be done gently and carefully as to not cause any tears of tissues. Once the liquid has been inserted, the nozzle tip can be removed, and then they relax and lay there up to 15 minutes if possible.
Never try to hold the solution if there is the urge to release in the toilet. If they cannot hold it for 15 minutes, the coffee solution could be too strong. Diluting the coffee enema by adding water to it or making the solution with less coffee, starting with 1/2 tbsp rather than 1-3 tbsps is another way. Tolerance increases with time.
Another pro tip is to add 1/2 Tbsp of blackstrap molasses to the coffee enema solution. The potassium helps with retention.
May I know the purpose for wanting to do an enema? Perhaps we can share other suggestions.
