Hi @Daniela Nikolova – there are many options. Do you know what is causing the fever? Please share more details about your illness. Also, what’s the temperature of the fever, and for how long?

@Paulina Nejman glonoinum – for hormonal headaches/migraines

this was a suggestion by one of my followers that I thought I’d share and try with a few private clients because they raved about it working so quickly for them and other people they’ve shared this tip with, but unfortunately, it wasn’t successful for my clients. I want to provide protocols that I know will work from experience and that are also well supported in literature, that’s why I didn’t include it.

I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to. Was it mace powder (the red outer covering of nutmeg spice)?

Mold typically thrives in environments with higher humidity levels. So a humidity reading of 35% should be safe unless there’s water intrusion.

Hi Naveed, while some studies have explored potential links between viral infections, including EBV, and vagus nerve dysfunction, the evidence is not conclusive or widely accepted.
She is citing Medical Medium as her source; he’s garnered quite a large fan base and has become quite famous for celery juicing.
He also attributes various health issues to the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) claiming that EBV is responsible for a wide range of conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, and more.
While I agree that EBV is often at play or a trigger in these conditions, the focus should be on optimising immune function since it is a healthy & robust immune system that will keep EBV from reactivating.
He claims to communicate with a spirit and provides health advice based on this communication. So naturally the scientific medical community does not endorse his claims.
In your case, since we know that mold is at play, this will definitely be contributing to reduced immune function, making you prone to all pathogens, including microbial/viral surges.

I’ll share the “medicine cabinet” kit I prepared for him:
• Arabinogalactans (Biotics Research IAG powder)
• Vitamin D (Seeking Health Vitamin D3+K2 drops)
• Vitamin A (Biotics Research Bio-Ae Mulsion)
• Zinc/copper blend (Jarrow Zinc Balance)
• Binder (Biocidin Botanicals GI Detox)
• Antimicrobials:• Silver (Argentyn23 + filled a vertical spray bottle for nose/ears)
• Broad spectrum (Biocidin Botanicals Biocidin)
• Oregano tablets (Biotics ADP)
• Arnica 200c
• Active Skin Repair Gel & Spray
• Propolis spray
• Mag phos cell salt (bought from Life Pharmacy in Dubai)
• Homeopathic mix; one for headaches and another for stress/anxiety (bought these in Canada)In terms of other “health” items I made sure he packed and took with him (but not sure if he’s using them ):
• Blue light blocking glasses
• Defender shield for laptop
• His stainless steel water bottleOnce we got to his apartment, I purchased him an Instant Pot, an Instant Pot recipe book (this one), and NutriBullet blender. I also purchased a shower filter and installed it in his shower.
He’s living in his own apartment with a kitchen, so I also helped setup his kitchen… but that could be a separate post on its own.
In terms of organic shops, I’m not familiar with Boston, but a quick google search of “Boston Organic Grocery” gave me this top 10 list: https://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=Organic+Food+Stores&find_loc=Boston%2C+MA
Good luck… it’s a roller coaster of emotions all wrapped into one! Nervousness, excitement, worry, sadness… just remember, it’s a blessing to be able to witness their launch from the comfort of their nest!

No worries though, I already watched the previous one you sent. Cool to know this tool exists though. Thanks for sharing.

MemberDecember 14, 2023 at 10:43 am in reply to: How relationships affect health and happiness that’s a really cool tool but the link you shared takes me to the 12-minute video. I don’t think that’s correct…

. I’ve known of this study for a while now and the importance of warm human connections but it was great to listen to the details of how it all started and what their plans are.I love the question about who you would call if you were in trouble or needed help. Such a great question to analyse your friendships and connections.
I hope B Better becomes just that for our members. I envision us all meeting for a holiday or retreat together one day to strengthen that bond…

I’m sorry to hear that. It very well could be the delayed effects of the antibiotics on the gut microbiome and brain chemistry. But it could also be due to other factors.
If you suspect it’s a form of depression, here are some possible contributing factors and tests to consider:
Hormone imbalance:
• progesterone
• estrogen
• testosterone
• sex hormone binding globulinFatty acid deficiency:
• OmegaQuant’s Omega-3 index (code BERN for 5% off). We had the privilege of having the owner of this test as our guest last month. You can watch the recording HERE. Brain is fat matter – fatty acids are essential for mood health.Gut dysfunction:
• GI Map with Zonulin (if there is dysbiosis, this affects serotonin production which is primarily made in the gut and responsible for mood, motility and sleep. If there’s high zonulin, this could point to leaky gut. Leaky gut = leaky brain and neurological/mood changes)Adrenal dysfunction:
• Dutch Adrenal (helps see the cortisol pattern throughout the day and total production. How is he stress level? Any cortisol extremes can affect mood)Nutrient deficiencies:
• Vitamins B6, B12, B9 (essential for methylation and production of glutathione)
• RBC zincToxicity:
• heavy metals (amalgam fillings/conventional removal are notorious for this)Food sensitivities:
• KBMO (we just had the owner of KBMO as our guest this month. You can watch the replay HERE. They have a gut barrier panel to check leaky gut. Their test checks for foods/additives that are causing an inflammatory response. Leaky gut = leaky brain and neurological/mood changes.)Let me know if you need more guidance.

Hi – I actually discussed this in our latest handout about sleep apnea HERE, since mouth breathing is one of the contributing factors, which can be due to a narrow jaw/tongue positioning or overbite.
You can consider Myobrace for preventive pre-orthodontic treatment for children 5 to 15 years to help widen palate and train tongue positioning. You can search for practitioners HERE.
I know Dr. Roze Dental Clinic offer this treatment, although when I asked they said they just haven’t had time to register with Myobrace. They also refer out for myofunctional therapy but I can’t remember who they refer to.
A quick search for myofunctional therapy in Dubai showed Starry Smile dental center but I don’t know them.
Hope this helps with your search. Please do keep us posted if you do go and let us know your thoughts/experience.

glad it worked out and you enjoyed it!
