Hello Bernadette,
a company confirmed that we have some degree of mold in the house as there is a leakage in my daughter’s bathroom and water has slipped under the tiles and to the walls. so they are saying that it has probably spread in the AC vent.
we will do the in-depth cleaning of the AC ducts and the AC machines.
i have been taking vit B complex, glutathione, vit D, Dr. Geoff remedy, following a gluten and lactose free diet with lots of veggies and good proteins.
i go out for few hours every day, sit in the shade on the grass and get some time in the sun. i also tried my first castor oil patch yesterday.
stool is regular, once or twice a day.
15 mg Methotrexate/ week (this is my 6th week) and 5 mg cortisone (gupisone)
i have been having hot flashes for the last few weeks, maybe 15 times in 24h.
my knees started inflating again…
what is your advice pls?

Hi Bernadette,
i did the soda bicarbonate test and i burped twice within 1 minute.
I am taking Vid D 50,000u every week.
i started the Vit B complex today after a meal of lightly cooked broccoli, carrot, and turnip.
i had few drops of the glutathione.
i am taking 15 mg of methotrexate weekly, 1 pill of folic acid a week, and 5mg of cortisone daily.
i will order now the magnesium, the castor oil and the enema tool.
i am also taking Dr Geoff remedies.
i feel that my detox is slow…

Hello Bernadette,
So i ordered the vitamin B complex and the glutathione drink.
If i should not try to figure out which toxicity i have, how do i do a detox?
I have started the methotrexate and the cortisone as the pain was unbearable and my bones started showing lesions from the inflammation.
I would still want to keep the parallel alternative healing remedies.
What do you suggest as an action plan ?
Also, here is my latest blood work after – month of methotrexate /

Hello Bernadette,
I am seeing the doctor (dr Skorsky) in 10 days.
yes i have been implementing most of the detox suggestions.
we have not started the mold remediation as it is a busy time for the family, exams and else. we might do this in few weeks so we can be out of the house.
i have been traveling for 10 days so my diet was not very good.
i have been feeling better since few days now, i guess since my inflammation came down. i am still at methotrexate 20 mg and gupisone 5 mg.
i am still taking Dr Geoff detox supplements and Humic/ Fulvic acid. i am taking vit B and vit D and glutathione, chorella and moringa supplements.
i started going out to ground and see some sun since i am back:)
for now i have to take the treatment as alternative treatment was not working but i would love to drop it in the near future…

Hello @Bernadette_Abraham ,
I just got my recent results back from the doctor with their analysis. Would appreciate your advice, and next steps perhaps in the detox process :
Dear Hasna
Im writing to update you on your recent visit on May 18, 2025. I’ve reviewed your lab results from the same day, and I’m pleased to see that your inflammatory markers have improved significantly. Your C-reactive protein (CRP) level is now 1.7, which is within the normal range (0.0-4.9). This is a substantial improvement from your previous reading of 33, indicating that your inflammation is much better controlled.
Your complete blood count and liver function tests are all within normal ranges, which is reassuring. Your kidney function (creatinine) is also normal at 61 (normal range 45-84).
During our consultation, we noted that you have swelling and tenderness in your finger joints, ankles, and knees. The ultrasound I performed showed inflammation in these joints with early erosion in your right wrist. Based on these findings, we’ve confirmed you have seronegative rheumatoid arthritis that is improving with your current treatment.
Recommendations
Continue with Methotrexate 20 mg weekly and Prednisolone 5 mg daily as these medications are helping to control your condition.
Continue taking your folic acid weekly and Vitamin D as prescribed.
We discussed the possibility of starting Enbrel, but for now, we’ll continue with your current medications as you’re showing improvement.
Please return for a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks so we can monitor your progress.

Hello, thank you for all this information. I think we will start with vitex + inositol combo first, as she has no insuline resistance, so no need for berberine for now.
We’ve discussed her previous fasting routine and she has stopped as you advised, until her body rehabituate itself and her cycle is regular.
Do you have any brands you suggest for the supplements? On iherb, there are quite a few like Nutricost women that have both Myo & D-chiro inositol.

Thank you for this information,
We are scheduling an appointment now with the gyneco and will purchase the supplements.
As for the fasting, it’s a sort of “dry” fast, like the one in Ramadan, where no food and drink is taken from sunrise till sundown. She used to do it two years ago and that caused no issue with the menses but it does inflict stress on the body.. Aylin has stopped fasting this week so maybe to see if that gives results, maybe she should continue for a while.

Hello @Bernadette_Abraham ,
I hope you are doing well.
It has been a while now since we’ve last discussed this topic, and I thought to reach out for some guidance and pro-active measures regarding Aylin’s journey to healthy periods! We’ve been to a gyneco and endo right before travels to get some insights and do some more testing. All in all, every indicator seems relatively normal (hormonally) except the cortisol and nutritive deficiencies as you know. On our last visit, she was prescribed duphaston, as she had gone too long without a period (+6 months) and it could start damaging other parts of the body (decreased bone density, build-up of toxins not eliminated with blood flow..). She then took it and got very light (practically spotting, no flow) twice within the period of two weeks, with only one take of duphaston.
The doctor (gyneco that follows her) advised to wait the month of April out and see if it comes again.
It hasn’t yet. Aylin has been doing some research on supplements that alleviate PCOS symptoms and can actually help in menstrual cycle balance, and found substantial research done on Berberine and Inositol (Myo and D-Chiro). I wanted to know if you thought she should perhaps start taking these, following a specific dosage, and when.
My second question is regrading fasting, during this time where she is trying to lower cortisol and regain her period, considering she usually fasts twice a week (more or less depending).
Thank you for your time and your answer!

Hello. We have been to an endocrinologist and Aylin did more blood tests. Here are the results. We have an appointment with a gynecologist that has been referred by the previous doctor next week for more follow ups. Furthermore, my daughter has done more blood tests with another gastro doctor and the breathing tests. We have yet to receive the results. For now these are the hormone and cortisol blood results:

Not at all, she hasn’t been supplementing in zinc or anything of that kind for years. So it is shocking to see the very high amount of zinc. so the three minerals and nutrients are connected in the abnormal levels. What is the reason, I don’t know, and we are investigating now
