  • @Bernadette Abraham thanks B. Yes it’s for him 🙂 it is definitely a win. I’m so grateful. Hoping we get some information with these tests.

@Bernadette Abraham we don’t eat any seed oils, use only a good quality olive oil in a glass bottle or ghee. We also buy all organic as far as produce. I don’t drink any coffee or tea. I do eat organic dairy and gluten, which I’m ok with cutting for a few months to see how I feel. I’ll try to introduce more liver and gallbladder friendly foods too.

I’m not sure. I hear it helps with jaw development and overall health. Maybe four more months, so until she’s a year old. What milk should I give her when I switch to cows milk? There’s nothing unhomogenized , and I don’t think I wanna give her raw milk. What are some good organic milk options that you like? We give our son horizon organic but I hear they’re not so great either. Please advise.

  • @Bernadette Abraham thank you so much! I ordered one of the good ones off the list.

@Bernadette Abraham all capsules and pills, is what he says. The liquid sat ok but he didn’t like the taste.

@Bernadette Abraham my husband is a PCP as well and does not suspect heart issues. I will be seeing a cardiologist just to be sure. Will keep you posted.

@Bernadette Abraham thanks B. She did not do a full assessment. What tests should I get done to rule out issues other than the vagus nerve?

  • @Naveed Aslam thanks Naveed I’ll look into this brand.

@Bernadette Abraham thanks B. I’ll just purchase their kefir for him then 🙂 my two little ones don’t let me do much these days. My son and daughter 3, and 8 months, both don’t sleep through the night and keep waking up. So it’s always a struggle. Thanks again.

@Bernadette Abraham Dr.Perry mentioned shilajit for binding. Is that always necessary, will the toxins just keep circulating if we don’t take a binder? Also, is there a brand of shilajit you like? Some naturopathic doctors mention shilajit being wonderful but there’s a certain health condition, if you happen to have, then it’s best to avoid it? Can’t remember what it was. Can I do the big six while nursing , or will the toxins go in the milk? And can I take shilajit while nursing?

Lastly, would my brother benefit from the big six if he is having his mental health issues and mold exposure? His body is quite overburdened and struggling as it is. Please let me know what you think.

    Thanks B.
