I’ve attached the b vitamins he is taking below. I’ve told my mother to immediately stop giving those to him as I see very high B5 in it. However, he had not taken any vitamins for quite a few months prior to his mental break/ episode.
I also noticed a few other things that were high: magnesium, strontium, barium, and creatine.
I couldn’t make out the oat test results in the few mins before I sent them, Im not familiar with any of the things listed.
Please advise what brand and dosage to start with for B6.
His only current medication given by the psychiatrist is olanzapine.

Do we have to send all the tests together in the box it came in? Or can each be sent out separately?

He’s still tentative about taking things so not sure we can get him to take it. Can we still get good results from the test without taking the DMSA too? How big of a difference does it make?
Also, it says you can still take medications, so his olanzapine should be fine?

@Bernadette Abraham we don’t eat any seed oils, use only a good quality olive oil in a glass bottle or ghee. We also buy all organic as far as produce. I don’t drink any coffee or tea. I do eat organic dairy and gluten, which I’m ok with cutting for a few months to see how I feel. I’ll try to introduce more liver and gallbladder friendly foods too.
I’m not sure. I hear it helps with jaw development and overall health. Maybe four more months, so until she’s a year old. What milk should I give her when I switch to cows milk? There’s nothing unhomogenized , and I don’t think I wanna give her raw milk. What are some good organic milk options that you like? We give our son horizon organic but I hear they’re not so great either. Please advise.
