Thank you for listing the tests , B.

I do have acid reflux and often have strange stomach pains. I also have constant soreness and tenderness right above my stomach, like my entire stomach is sore and aching if I poke my stomach with my hand. And I’m not as regular as I’d like to be, maybe one poor bowel movement a day, if not every other day. I

I lived in the same moldy house as my brother and parents up until maybe 4 years ago.

I was prescribed oral contraceptives in high school for my testosterone spike, but I never took them consistently, they made me very nauseated and sick. I’d take them a few days a month then stop for several months, then try again. Eventually stopping all together.

If there’s a possible gut infection, how do we figure out what it is?

Not sure if being sleepy all the time with brain fog is another symptom, but thought I’d mention it.

Thank you so much. No reason for suspecting b vitamin deficiency expect for my dad had the same issue and his cleared up while taking nutritional yeast, besides that I am not sure at all.

I also had what you called a histamine issue ( I had such bad nausea during pregnancy I was completely helpless and not able to move from a couch or bed), is there a test for that? Along with any other blood work I should get for the Symptoms below:

    New symptoms:

    Extreme fatigue, absolutely no energy

Hair loss and abdominal fat only helped by pumpkin seed oil.

    Weak nails were

Extreme hollowing under eyes and dark circles

    Joint pain

Dry skin and large pores and loss of elasticity and collagen/volume

    Unexplained random pains through

    out body

    Mental exhaustion and irritability

Pain above my ovaries on left side ( I have a history of pcos and possible endometriosis)

I also noticed I get very fast lactic acid buildup in my muscles now

Lots of red lines in my eyes

Lots of little fine lines under me eyes

Constant congestion ( my kids are the same)

If it’s possible to list suggested tests that way I can send the list to my provider and have them call in labs. I’ve not been well 🙁 but never give myself the time of day. I will now. I’d like to figure out what’s going on. I’ll ask and apply knowledge and take initiative for everyone else, but me.

Will 100% be ordering labs as soon as I hear back from you. Please let me know if there are any other tests you think I should have through my doctor, or any other tests I would need to order through a company online besides the one you mentioned. Thank you again so very much. Bless you.

Edit: please let me know if these should be done fasting ❤️

Yes please let us know when you know more about the lamps as a possible replacement for supplements during the winter. My children no longer go out and get zero sun 🙁 it’s just too cold.

Also, their finger nails, are so fragile and they peel and tear like layers of paper. It this a vitamin D deficiency or something else ?

This is such great advice. I appreciate you always suggesting natural remedies first, over supplements, especially for kids. I have a small plastic tub I give my kids baths in. How much magnesium flakes should I use for my one year old, and my three year old? I do have a large normal sized tub in the master bedroom, if that’s better than plastic. I don’t really have them sit in water, in the plastic tub, I just wash them in it. But since I’ll be having them sit in the bath water for this, wondering if plastic is not a good option.

Yes, it works! Thank you so much. I decided to start with the Gut Masterclass as you recommended. I noticed there are 53 separate audio files to download—would there happen to be an option to download them all at once, or perhaps a single audio file available?

Hi B, I did check those initially, those three dots, it looked like it was just for the audio speed. I’ve attached a screen shot.

Thank you for the screen shot, I found it! I was looking for a separate section with the heading “materials”.

There doesn’t seem to be any way to download the audio, or at least I do not see a way to do it. While using the internet we can click on the audio and it takes us to a clip, but I cannot download it.

Also, for the adrenal section for example, there appears to be 27 separate audio clips one would need to click and open, there doesn’t seem to be a single audio clip we can click on and listen to.

I’m sorry Daniel, I’ve been observing and watching the patch and feel it might be ring worm. But honestly im still not sure what it is. I’m going to create a new post. Perhaps you and the team can take a look. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much B. When getting natural sunlight how much is enough per day and how many days at minimum should we do this to see increases in vitamin D? Is it true it’s best to expose more skin if possible and avoid washing the body afterwards ?

    Hi B,

We called and asked, they said they’re not sure of the name but it’s an iodine based dye.
