Yes please let us know when you know more about the lamps as a possible replacement for supplements during the winter. My children no longer go out and get zero sun 🙁 it’s just too cold.

Also, their finger nails, are so fragile and they peel and tear like layers of paper. It this a vitamin D deficiency or something else ?

This is such great advice. I appreciate you always suggesting natural remedies first, over supplements, especially for kids. I have a small plastic tub I give my kids baths in. How much magnesium flakes should I use for my one year old, and my three year old? I do have a large normal sized tub in the master bedroom, if that’s better than plastic. I don’t really have them sit in water, in the plastic tub, I just wash them in it. But since I’ll be having them sit in the bath water for this, wondering if plastic is not a good option.

Yes, it works! Thank you so much. I decided to start with the Gut Masterclass as you recommended. I noticed there are 53 separate audio files to download—would there happen to be an option to download them all at once, or perhaps a single audio file available?

Hi B, I did check those initially, those three dots, it looked like it was just for the audio speed. I’ve attached a screen shot.

Thank you for the screen shot, I found it! I was looking for a separate section with the heading “materials”.

There doesn’t seem to be any way to download the audio, or at least I do not see a way to do it. While using the internet we can click on the audio and it takes us to a clip, but I cannot download it.

Also, for the adrenal section for example, there appears to be 27 separate audio clips one would need to click and open, there doesn’t seem to be a single audio clip we can click on and listen to.

Thank you so much. I dislike the fear that comes with not knowing enough about certain things, but I always thought that eating dirt was something most children did, and something many of us as adults have done when we were young. I hope the soil is free of animal feces. We occasionally get squirrels and birds in the yard, but that’s about it.

Thank you again for always expanding my knowledge.

Oh! I was wondering, is there a way to access the courses and training videos offline? I only have time to sit in peace after the kids go to bed, but since I turn off my router at night and avoid using my phone or cellular data to reduce EMF exposure, I can’t access anything. Is there a way to download the videos? If not, please make this an option! It would be so wonderful. Your videos are so wonderful and I learn so much. Every topic makes me feel more confident in caring for my family. You also have a lovely way of talking so it’s enjoyable to watch!

    Hi B,

We called and asked, they said they’re not sure of the name but it’s an iodine based dye.

    Edit:

I’m unable to edit as I did with the older system. I also have issues loading the pages, it takes a very long time compared to when I’m using other sites.

I did want to add I have lots of symptoms of a congested liver.
