Enlarged optic Nerve and high pressure in both eyes
Hi B and team,
Just had an annual eye exam. They said my optic nerves were enlarged, and I had higher than normal pressure in my eyes.
Not sure if you guys have any suggestions. I don’t have a clue what to do, or what this could mean.
Edit: I think it might be stressed related. That seems to be a cause after doing some research, I do feel the…

Mom had a few questions that I have listed below:
-she wanted to give sprinkles of each low b vitamin individually instead of the complex. So that the dosage is low and slow. She picked up pure’s vitamin b12 Folate. Is it ok if it has folate in it? It has folate at 1,333 mcg DFE (800 mcg L-5-MTHR) , vitamin b12 800 mcg)
