I personally like the Cellcore Para Kit. I did the “intermediate challenge” for 7 days. I have done parasite cleanses before and learnt 2 things the hard way:
    1. Opening up drainage pathways is the most important part to master BEFORE you do a cleanse.
    2. What works for you, won’t necessarily work for me.
This time around I added liver, kidney and lymph support. As well as sauna and coffee enemas.
If you are well prepared in advance with regards to schedule, you can do it during the week. But count in some extra time to not rush yourself, if that makes sense

so 1-2 weeks prior to the cleanse I felt very off, moody, angry, couldn’t be bothered to do anything etc
During the cleanse : 1 day I cried, 1 day I danced and overall sense of relief and happiness and pride. Also, I felt very tired, some days just walking felt like a mountain climb ‍♀️

Thank you Daniel for explaining everything in detail!
The biggest challenge for sure will be protein intake! I am nowhere even close to 1.6 gr/kg – but I will do my best!
I looked into Kion Creatine, sold out currently.
Will try the Thorne one. Both are in Monohydrate form.
Yes, I do take Magnesium as well as Vitamin D.
    Once again thank you

Thank you so much, this is indeed very helpful!
Especially when you don’t know who to turn to with such sensitive matters.

    Yes, tooth is fine.
I just finished November 9 by Colleen Hoover, I needed an easy read for the soul over the holidays
Waiting for ‘The Child in You’ and ‘How to meet yourself’ to arrive.

Hi Daniel, first of all thank you so much for diving deep into this!
I think I am on top of things with regards to her sleep hygiene and cutting off screen time over 1 hr before bed. However, we all can agree that unfortunately for the rest of the day sometimes is beyond our control.
She does not have any typical signs of brain fog, I have screened her to my best knowledge.
However, she for sure has a sluggish liver, and her lymph is her weakest pathway, although she is physically active.
    Thyroid I need to check.
I already give her Vitamin D, Magnesium and Zinc on and off and monitor her levels once a year.
Will have her iron levels checked next time. And start her slow on B and Omega, and some Matcha.

Wow, did not know that H-pylori can decrease iron level absorption! Great summary!

I don’t know whether to really laugh out loud or start crying…..anti depressants …. Sad, really sad.
When a Dr ‘diagnosed’ me with IBS, she told me – in front of my husband – that I needed anti depressants, that it was all in my head.
Today I laugh art it. But as you said: all the women that do not have this knowledge and don’t know better, will go for it.
Anyways, almost same symptoms here with the peri menopause. So, pls share more!
