I worked with B and did her protocol of Gastromend and Broccoli Sprouts. After retesting of H Pylori was negative, I started HCL and we did lots of gut healing, too. No gastritis here

Hi ďťżďťżÂ
Was the person supplementing with B12 when the test was done?I know that testing B12 in abc rather than in serum, which is usually done, is more accurate.
-
and that is exactly what I had in my notes from way back from Dr Jess:
Neutrophils fight bacteria
Lymphocytes fight viruses
I get there -
ďťżďťż I re checked my papers and this is what I used for the Neutrophils/Lymphocytes pattern:
*high neutro + low lymphs = chronic viral most often*
*Iow neutro + high lymphs = chronic bacterial most often*Â
Looks like that is is not accurate and I will look into it âşď¸ -
Do you suspect the creatine supplementation is influencing any of her markers?
-
women during their luteal phase may experience some insulin resistance. And if she had her blood drawn during that period, I thought maybe it could explain the higher glucose.
-
Hi Â
If I may share my thoughts only by the markers run and without knowing any of her symptoms,Â
I would say that seeing her WBC low together with the pattern of low Neutrophils and high Lymphocytes (hers only slightly above optimal range) usually indicate a (chronic) bacterial infection. Seeing the Monocytes elevated as well, could confirm the chronic infection.
With active infections (you mentioned few days prior to the test she had a cold) you typically see pattern of low WBC with high Monocytes, too.Â
Â
Her RDW is slightly elevated.Â
Â
With regards to her high Glucose, I would want to know if her blood was drawn in a fasted state? If she has her menstrual cycle and if so, in which phase she was when doing the test.Â
According to those answers, I would then like to see her Insulin as well as her HgBA1C to rule out blood sugar issues.
Â
Her Globulin is slightly above optimal range and without knowing any of her symptoms itâs hard to pinpoint a direction here.Â
Total Protein is slightly above optimal range which can be an indicator for cellular dehydration.
All other liver markers look good to me.
Â
I would maybe try to find out next what is taxing her immune system.Â
Â
Cannot wait to read Bâs and Danielâs thoughts. -
Hi  , I just saw your post and since I am learning to read and interprete blood panels myself, I though I share with you my thoughts âşď¸ Without knowing any of his currents symptoms and from the blood test you shared, I believe he is low in iron and B6 vitamins, since his UC prevents the body to absorb both of these nutrients. However, without a full iron panel I would not start supplementing with iron blindly.
His Eosonophils are high as well, which often is a indicator for parasites, and parasites feed off of iron, that’s why blindly supplementing might not be the best idea.
Please see also my notes attached.ďťż[IMG_6535.heic]ďťż
But pls wait for B. or Daniel to comment -
I tried to download the panel pdf but itâs for members only. I will dm her and see if she answers.
But from what I could find is that the blood test measures markers pepsin I, II and gastrin 17.
And for the gastrin 17 patient needs to have a âeggwhiteâ drink which i assume is a protein drink, then blood is drawn again.

Hi @Szilvia
I always use the forwarding company Shop and Ship, no matter whether I order through Amazon US or the brand itself. Usually, shipments from Amazon get to my doorstep within 5-7 days. Have you tried them?

ďťżďťż I usually boil it on very low for 10-15 mins. Is that ‘wrong’? Or is it better just to add hot water to the leaves and let is steep ? Again, very technical
-
I know for fact that Bernadette loves this tea âşď¸ It has antiviral and antimicrobial effects. It removes HM from the body, if I am not mistaken.
Get the fresh leaves and add some cloves and ginger or any other herbs you like. -
thank you
I could swear on their website (SBI protect) it said dairy free. I will check again âşď¸
